I’ve been going here for years and have also referred my family and best friend. The Dr. is very kind and listens to all of my concerns. The staff is nice and always gives great advice with which frames to choose.

Never go to this optometry. I had my worst experience here. If you go to Yelp, you will see more 1-star comments about this optometrist. I am not the only one who made the complaint.Sinavy Sao has awful attitudes toward patients. Before you pay for anything, she looks like a sweet angel. Once she gets your money, she will show her extremely cold heart and never care about you. And be careful about parking there, they will ruthlessly tow your car even though you are their patient.Glasses are special medical product for eyes. I parked my car for two hours which is a pretty fair time for a patient to feel whether they did fix the glasses since it took me one month to stand their really bad work before going back to the store. I did not park there to save money. Parking nearby is totally free. By the way, I was doing volunteering work and contributing to local community without any pay during the two hours. I parked there because I am a patient. In addition, there is NO sign or tow warning about the parking time. So how did Sao decide the parking time is reasonable or not? Sao please tell us how long you think is reasonable to feel whether the glasses are comfortable or not? Thank you.

I recently moved to the area and walked passed Belmont Heights Optometry. Their location is conveniently located with parking. The office staff was very friendly and effective with getting me in for an appointment. For my exam appt. they welcomed me in and were super great with helping get my information filled out. Exam was thorough and Dr. Sao was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I will be coming here for years to come.

Best eye doctor ever - theyre into natural cures and not pushy sales. California has dry weather, so thats why some of us have dry eyes. No expensive prescription here. My eyes were fine, my eye test came back normal. All I have to do is be mindful and spend some time by doing warm compressions, adding eye drops BEFORE going on the computer and take my eye vitamins. The Doctor gave me a list of preferred brands for eyedrops, eye masks, Omega vitamins and also suggested a humidifier so my eyes wont be so dry. It worked! I am glad I found this Doctor and Optometry office. Its nice, clean, private parking, thorough consultation, excellent service by the receptionists and again, no pushy sales for frames or anything. I brought in my own frames to add my prescription in and they didnt even pressure me to look at their selection. I cant wait for my next eye exam!

First, the doctor is great. She takes time to explain things. It is very reassuring. The office itself is lovely and serene. The eyewear selection is the top notch. And the front desk staff are kind and super helpful working out the insurance bits. It is always a 5 star experience.

This is the worst store Ive ever visited, cheap material but high price frames, very poor quality lenses, long waiting time for pick up, and pretty rude and unprofessional optometrist. Tip: You can check the real market prices on Amazon for the frames before making the decision. This store sells low-end low-quality brands and overcharges on purpose to make more profits. You can definitely buy much better frames and lenses in other optometry stores.

Great experience here after switching optometrists. Neighborhood feel and parking lot are nice. Staff up front are helpful and Dr. Sinavy was kind and professional. I came for contacts and a annual exam, but they also have a wide section of glasses available.

I dont need glasses or contacts yet but I visited this spot on my wifes appointment. Excellent, professional and friendly service. I like the clean set up if the office. Would most definitely recommend this if you are needing optometry services.

Sinavy is the best! I trust her with my EYESIGHT which is saying A LOT. I have been to many optometrist and I finally found my lifetime specialist. If you want the best vision and the best frames this is definitely your best bet.
