I am a regular at this particular store thats the day I walked in there to purchase my free chocolate croissant the lady Karle at the counter was a very rude from the beginning when I asked her where the croissants were located she acted as if she did not want to help me and then when I came back to the register to actually let her scan my barcode she couldnt figure out how to scan the barcode and told me that I was stealing the croissant when I actually purchased a free pack of cookies and I also won on the scratch app. She then threatened me and asked me if I wanted to step outside, thats when another employee Mahlid stepped in and told her to be quiet. He was very nice and professional. I do not believe that Karla should be working around people if she doesnt have a positive attitude. She makes the customers feel bad.

Today I stopped by to grab a soda and found out I had insufficient funds in both of my credit cards. But the man helping me, named Marvin was kind enough to pay for my drink. And he was very polite and professional.
