Professional and helpful up until they receive payment. After that, good luck hearing from them regarding anything. The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude, and never responds to any questions. They promise a delivery date, but you should at least add 60 days to that. They promise a special courier service which does not exist; their actual fees differ from their quotation; and are extremely uncourteous when trying to file a damage complaint. All in all, not a good experience at all.

No customer service. Expect to pay way more than you are quoted and not hear back once you pay. They charge in cash because that way you cant reverse the payment through your credit card company once you dont get the service. Their different offices blame each other in giving wrong information. Stay away. Go to a proper worldwide shipping company and get proper service. For reference, I dealt with their Vancouver rep.

I used their service to send a couple of suitcases to Tehran, recently. It took 10 days instead of 7 but it was alright, I was in no rush. Generally, I was satisfied with their service relative to other shipping services Ive used before.

Need to watch their delivery promises. Please add 60 days to what you are promised. Otherwise very courteous personnel. Their pricing does not match their delivery promises.
