It was a beautiful day out with my princess took her to get her ears repierced. The two workers were very polite extremely helpfull when my daughter was throwing the worst fit ever because she was scared the assistant manager got a teddy bear out of the back room and comfort my princess. Highly recommend for timepieces jewellery or just a quick pierce.

My husband bought my engagement ring here and we have to say JACK is our guy!!. He treats us so great. He is so kind! We went back and bought our wedding bands and more. The staff is soo helpful and always offering water to make sure your time there is great. They always clean all the jewelry you have even if you purchased it somewhere else for free. I went into this store looking for an anniversary gift for my girlfriend a few months ago, but ended up coming out with an engagement ring instead ☺️ Im a true believer of the law of attraction and I was right away attracted to this one specific ring. This particular ring had a Tolkowsky ideal cut diamond 💎 The manager, Akmal, was super patient and professional with me at all times as I was looking around at other rings before making my final decision. We went to this store on Nov 17th, 2018 and the experience there was the best one ever on a jewelry store. We have been to a lot of stores, but the hospitality of this Kay store was indelible. Ester, Leslie and the store manager happily helped us through to come to a decision. They gave their personal opinions which got us good deals. This outlet had a huge stock apt for all the occasions from wedding to casual. In the end, we purchased the products with full contentment. This was possible with the efforts of theirs as well which acted as a catalyst to get us purchases worth buying for.
