The customer service is beyond expectations!!! The environment is awesome and this guys are actually very active on the spearfishing sport and so they are knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge and tips!! I cant say enough about my experience every time I visit this shop.

Set up a spearfishing trip. Amazon delivered the wrong gun. Then they delivered a new gun, broken. Out of time to deal with Amazon anymore I turned to Neptonics to get me what I needed to save this trip. Super helpful on the phone and when I told them of my urgency, they actually took my package and drove it down to the post office themselves so I wouldnt lose another day of shipping. what OUTSTANDING service!
