Terrible pipe! Crushes in threaded, kinks when you bend it, and have to re-thread every piece because they cant even do that right

If you are picking up here, make sure you have a barcode before you show up. They will not load you without a barcode! Its a major p i t a

One of the best shippers I have picked up from. Sometimes a little slow on loading but understandable when they havent finished making the product. You have to tarp before you leave but an awesome place if your running low on hours to get there because you can do your 10h on property. They have security and a few eating places within walking distance. The people there are nice and will help you with things when needed. Very professional and great place overall to pickup at. Hope to be there many more times.

Over night parking in the street if you eary for load .believe you can park on proptery if there room .bathrooms for women and men there and the staff is friendly and they supplied the wood need for load.

Overnight parking. You can come earlier than your appointment and check in and theyll load you when they can. Security was polite.

Preloaded trailer easy in and out

Dont bother arriving early, takes a few hours to get you in regardless of when you get here. The facility is nice enough with some decent maneuverability. The complete lack of respect and preparation for appointment times is the biggest drawback.

Horrible I arrived before my appointment (16:30) on a Friday it’s 18:30 and still not loaded. Western Tube don’t request a truck if the order isn’t ready to ship, all you are doing is pissing off truck drivers!

If at all possible do not take any loads from this place been sitting here for over 5 hours and checked in 3 times

It takes a very long time to load and unload !!! Pickup waited 6.5 hours, Delivery 3.5 hours !!! It is too long...

Distribution shipping works 24 hours 5 days a week, important data for truck drivers! It is a narrow place for a trailer, there is no clear signaling of where the scale is, the loading process is slow.
