Very new and modern mall located in Long Beach. I love this mall since they have lots of clothing brands and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor seating and it’s also family friendly. Highly recommended!

Im not local to this area, but Im surprised Ive never even heard of this shopping mall area. Glad I ended up here on a Saturday afternoon while looking for a place to have lunch.Honesty I think one big win here for me was how easy & free (90 min with no validation) parking was on a Saturday afternoon. The structure is easy to navigate, not narrow, & has multiple points of access. You enter from PCH and/or from Marina Dr. Also the place is just very conveniently built. Parking & getting to walking around the mall or to where you planned on going is a very fast trip.Saw several different dining (Mexican, vegan, Italian, etc.) options but I ended up at Italian Homemade (so good!). Also walked by an ice cream & a coffee shop.This is not a huge Westfield shopping mall, but there are some pretty cool options since as Lululemon, Pelaton, Amazon 4 Star, Athleta, Wholefoods etc.Im a fan of the widespread, spacious layout of this shopping center. Not sure when the place opened, but it all seems very modern, clean new & visually appealing.I definitely see myself returning back here when Im in the area & Im pretty sure Id actually frequent it often if it was more local to me.

This place is amazing I could spend all day hanging out here the only thing I guess missing is power outlets but Im sort of I would understand like why there is none but I really think it would make a big difference.The stores are high-end nice nice lightening at night beautiful Christmas decoration the patios are amazing restaurants are fabulous this place must be visited.The parking is free for the first 120 minutes so just watch your clock it can gets bet expensive $2 per 20 minutes for extra time.

Mid-size but lovely open concept shopping mall. There is an Amazon 4star Retail store in it.

We came here by accident and we ended up liking it they had nice stores and restaurants it feels very calm with a nice atmosphere and kid friendly definitely would come back again

One of the nicer plaza areas here in Long Beach.Location - Great location on 2nd & PCH right next to the Marina.Plaza - Great place with chill areas to sit and eat or enjoy coffee, areas for kids to play, a decent amount of stores, and restaurants. Place is always clean and well kept up.Parking - Lots of parking available on the street or the parking structure, with a couple places that validate.Worth checking out for sure.

Trying so hard to be like every other shopping center in America. Long Beach is losing its soul with another lame, high end chain shopping center like this. I cant tell the difference between this or Huntington. All the same. Belmont shore is headed the same direction. ...... Even the response to this review from them will be generic (like their shops) most likely. A copy and paste

I think they did a great job with this corner I remember when the hotel was here, came here on a Sunday right after going to the farmers market across the street very nice clean definitely will come back to sit outside maybe read a book, people watch and grab a bite to eat.

Amazon store a waste of space. Still not full occupancy at this outdoor mall and it looks like places have pulled out already. Ill bet rent is way too high here

First place in Long Beach you have to pay for parking. Somehow it feels ghetto, like the investor is trying to squeeze a few more bucks out of LB.

Love it here. Great space to grab a bite to eat or just hang out and work using the WiFi.

Beautiful beautiful place, wonderful shops, lovely storefronts. Not really sure if security is on high alert for African American ppl however i was followed from my car in the parking structure to the shop i went to 🤷🏽‍♀️ unnerving to say the least. He tried to play it off like he was trying to go to the elevator in the structure at first just to check my placard he then wasnt satisfied and walked parallel to me to see if i was shopping. 🤔 Top flight security 👍🏽. I was the only person in the structure at high noon. Summer is coming and ppl will be out, please dont start anything using ur bias theres no room for error in which the surrounding shops dont get my money or others like me. Security all need retraining if one does it i take it all of them do, do better.

Very new and nice with fire features views of the marina and lots of shops and restaurants. One of the nicest malls around.

Such a beautiful business center.

The parking was great and easy to get in and out of. The place is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. My only problem was the whole vibe and people that were shopping and taking selfies, just seemed souless. This is not the Long Beach that I grew up in. What happened to the working class, salt of the earth people that actually grew up in Long Beach? I guess this is gentrification. Sorry for being bitter, old, and salty. If you need to find me and yell, OK BOOMER!, Ill be peacefully eating my Beef Bowl and french fries at Toms Burgers on the West Side.

Still new and growing. A number of empty spots or Coming Soon signs. But very nice mall with great places so far. Nice out side seating

Nice open air mall. At at the Noble Bird. Food is good and seating is well maintained for social distancing and chairs and tables are cleaned thoroughly after each guest leaves.

It hasnt opened yet, but I will be checking it out, hopefully it is providing quality products and jobs for plenty of people. I will try to update once it is open.Edit: I have gone a couple of times now, the whole foods is amazing! And the other stores are slowly opening but offer a great selection of items. They have a good outdoor section for kids and some awesome food. I recommend the borders BBQ with the burnt ends bowl.

Really nice place to chill! Love the temporary free parking but it wont be for long. Still waiting waiting for all the store to open though I think its worth checking out.

It’s new, and it’s cool. Plenty of stores to walk around in and check out. I’m excited to see more as they come. Parking is pretty good, I went when it was still free, the attendants were really nice and very helpful. All staff I’ve spoken to was nice and fairly knowledgeable.

Everything is still nice and brand new. Lot of space still empty waiting to be opened. The property is looking very promising and has a nice feel to it with simple layout. Whole Foods, Shake Shack and other big names already open for business.

This new shopping center is a welcome sight to the once eye soar hotel that formerly stood here. Lots of cool new shops and restaurants. Parking is currently free, but that changes starting this Saturday.

Meh... I wont be rushing back here any time soon. Some interesting shops and some good restaurants but not enough interesting places to warrant a quick return.Still dont understand Whole Foods being the anchor for a shopping center instead of a movie theater or big bar/ hang out. To each their own, I suppose.

Nice layout. This Whole Foods is nicer than the one that was down the street from here. Free parking in the structure. Decor of the shopping center is nice. Sooner if there places are yet to open.

Nice outdoor retail shopping attraction. A good combo of retail stores, great eateries, hawt yoga, services... Love the open spaces, swings, chairs etc. Right by the marina!

This is the best mall around in my opinion. Free parking for guests and loaded out with some great eats, I also enjoy the style and architecture of this place. Well designed and easy to recommend!

Brand new. All the shops look great but, none of them are stores I would shop at. I dont shop @ Whole Foods but, if I did, it would not be that one. Way too crowded, just in the parking garage... The Shake Shack might be worth a visit from what Ive heard but the line was out the door so, not likely Id be willing to wait in it. Generally speaking, I dont do lines.

I only went to Whole Foods with a friend. Ill definitely come back to shop at other places.

Visiting in the era of covid is a trip. We still love this place. While foods was nice.

They built a beautiful center and then ruined it by charging for parking. Available parking is not a problem in this area, so the only reason to charge for parking is to hit their customers for extra money. People will say that you can get a validation, but if you meet friends for dinner and drinks you will certainly go over the allowed time. If you misplace your parking ticket you are on the hook for $30. Ill not be supporting merchants here as long as there is a charge for parking.

I was expecting the Whole Foods to be much larger than the previous store on PCH.. especially since they have beautiful huge stores like Pasadena and San Francisco stores. Besides that, half of the shops were still not open or havent been rented yet. So thus far its just okay. Beautiful location and hopefully once its all rented out and all shops open itll be an awesome shopping area but right now, not so much.

We go to Whole Foods market once a week. This is the new location of the store. I feel that the layout of this store is confusing. Nothing seems to be in any logical order or place. For example, vegan cheese is not with the other cheeses, nor is vegan yogurt with other yogurts. Aisles arent clearly marked and cases of things are just placed in open spaces without any descriptions. The reason I shop in whole foods has not changed, even though the prices have risen significantly. I think a better arrangement of the store would make it easier to shop and less crowded.

I was excited to visit 2nd & PCH, but I wasnt that impressed. The stores are only about half full and there arent that many restaurants, although it does look like there are some good food places coming. I really like the look of the common areas, where one can sit and hang out outside. However, I would be reluctant to bring my kids here as they have allowed traffic to come right through the center of the complex. Parking was fine since I visited on a weekday, but I anticipate weekend traffic jams once the complex is fully operational.

Great upgrade from its old self. Many stores arent open yet, but soon enough. Like that Whole Foods has their own parking and theres electric vehicle parking.

Ola Mexican Kitchen has excellent eats and drinks. Delicious shrimp, lobster and salmon tacos. And the blackberry margaritas are on point 👌👍

Extremely Underwhelming!!! It’s cute and it’s new, but there’s really nothing there. The seem to have rushed the Grand Opening. Hopefully they have a LOT more lined up to open, otherwise the only thing worth going there for is the amazing Whole Foods that’s there. 😳

A fun little shopping area. There is a lot more going on there than you can see from the street. Great views of the harbor from the upstairs area.

I love sitting upstairs, having a mixed drink, and watching the harbor and yachts.

Pretty much have to park in the structure, which only comps/validates for 90 minutes and is $2 every 20 minutes. God forbid theres a wait at Pls, or you want to do some shopping afterward. It seems half the places you want to go arent open yet and the directions available dont help any. There were no working You are here signs, so no idea where stuff was, like say Ola is on the 2nd story. Maybe in a year it will be worth a visit, but I doubt it.

Lovely place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon at 2nd & PCH. Loved eating lunch at Urban Plates & went shopping. Perfect Sunday! Parking was easy & complimentary. Bonus!!

Fairly new shopping, dining and retail center in a central location between Belmont Shore and Seal Beach. The 405 freeway is not far from this location, as well as the Marina and CSULB. Whole Foods has opened to a strong reception here and other stores, such as Athleta and restaurants like Ola and Urban Plates are gaining in popularity, with more stores being added in the coming months.

Traffic is completely terrible here right now. They closed Marina Drive so people are driving the wrong way on a one-way road and taking multiple lights to get through the correct way. This is a cluster bomb and until they prove otherwise, Im leaving a bad review.

Its a beautiful place with a Excellent view and choice of shops.

Chaotic without enough signage on entrances to parking from street. On day prior to Thanksgiving when Whole Foods Turkey meal pickups were at their peak, needed people around the premises to help. Hopefully will improve as more stores open and place is complete

Still in the throes of startup. Parking is LA like. Rolled off a curb with a shopping cart...why was a curb in front of a grocery store? One sidewalk ends abruptly in a bush a yard from a crosswalk...odd. Neat views and solid anchor.

This place turned out beautiful.I went to Ola, Mexican food restaurant,and had the lobster and shrimp enchiladas.I would order again.nice experience.good job!

Great place with potential. Most of the stores arent open as of the time of this review -- yet parking lines were forming when I was walking. Great candy shop called Tuesdays with gummies, covered delights, and chocolate bars. The Whole Foods is massive including their selection services which include a pizzaria and wine bar. Great place to go to kill time.

Pretentious and over priced. No anchor stores, no real destination stores or restaurants to speak of. For tourists a disappointment, locals will visit,walkaround but wont spend much. Still 30% is empty, and how many spa shops does one need. Very disappointing.

Stoked this mall has a Sephora, Urban Plates, and Whole Foods but the offerings are not for the average consumer and the mall layout is extremely confusing. I like that the art incorporated is very colorful but the place outside of that is kind of sterile and soulless. Also, attempting to get into this mall is awkward when entering on the 1 from Seal Beach. Wouldnt visit except for the stores perviously mentioned.

Not all the shops are open yet and a bit pricey, but it has a nice feel about it with comfortable outdoor seating where you can drink and eat.

Looks like a great place to hang out chill go to some restaurants enjoy the day. Some of the retail spots are still in progress with several restaurants and merchants still under construction

The staff was great and very friendly, which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.The food was terrible, small portions, and way over priced. You are better off going to in and out or chik fillet. Never going here again, extreme disappointment.

I found the traffic flow in and out to be poorly planned. Be very careful when leaving as the pedestrians on marina drive dont feel the need to wait for their pedestrian light to turn. I dont know if its poor signage, but something doesnt seem right.
