Luna is located in the Belmont Shore community of Long Beach 90803. We really love going into this local shop because they have so many cute items. I have recommended this store to many of my friends and they always end of finding something to purchase. It is a perfect place to find gifts for family and friends.

They have a beautiful things, but their prices are very expensive

Luna has been here for more than 20 years, and is always the first place I go to find gifts that are unique and treasured. Today I found a beautiful art glass vase for my wife. One piece that I didnt choose was being sold as new and was marked (etched with the signature) as being made in 1999. It was stunningly beautiful, but priced more than I wanted to pay. I wonder, is the piece overpriced or just hasnt found the right buyer?

Came with family to look around and purchase some items. While it was busy and we were looking around the same as other people one of the store employees came to us and asked if we were buying or looking. We simply told her looking but going to buy. She then said they had a limit capacity and had people waiting which is understandable but she kept repeating it to us after we agreed and we were looking for items to buy she kept insisting and we felt as if she was kicking us out. One other thing we notice was she only came to us to tell us this and no one else, which hurts because we were the only people there of different race as everyone in the shop at the time. The shop is great but the ladys attitude was really not great at all..

Im really disappointed, I walked in Sunday last night, excited to look around with my partner but five minutes into just looking around like every other client in the store was, the store associate walked up to us and asked me if I needed anything in specific because the store was at full capacity, otherwise I had to leave. She didnt even suggest to asking to wait outside until the store capacity went down, nothing. instead she just condescendingly repeated herself as if I didnt understand the first time.. I did notice other people walk in after us and instead of asking them to step outside because the store was at capacity they asked us. it felt almost like discrimination because when I looked around the store I noticed that we were the only people of color and of all the people she chose to ask she chose us. Again, there were other people who entered the store AFTER we did and they asked us who got there BEFORE other clients. Im so glad I didnt give them my business.Another note: Ive looked through your reviews and honestly the way you respond to them is very immature and does NOT give you guys a good look or welcoming face. I saw someone be dissatisfied with your customer service BUT STILL complimented your store and you STILL had the audacity to insult a CLIENT by telling them that they have a lousy attitude.. you guys should check yourselves then.

The employee was unfriendly and short on the phone when I called to ask if they carried something. I dont think he should answer the phone if the intention is to provide service and I wouldnt want to experience him in person. Nothing serious just shouldnt be in a customer facing role. I am a fan of the store, hm but I dont want that kind of service again.

I love shopping in Belmont Shore. Luna is one of my favorite shops. They have unique and high quality products/gifts. When I am giving a gift I always shop for it at Luna. They gift wrap and the wrapping they do gets as many compliments as the gift does. Recently during the stay home order I have been able to window shop and let the owner know what I want. I just bought a puzzle this week.

My first time in this shop looking for hard to buy Birthday gift for wife. Great selection, found beautiful cashmere scarf and wonderful candle. They wrapped both gifts and made my difficult gift buying effortless. Great service with unique gifts. Highly recommend.

I had received a pair of earrings from a friend for Christmas that she got from Luna Belmont Shore. While they were beautiful earrings, the color was such that I did not have anything I would ever wear with them, so went to the store yesterday, January 26th, to see if I could exchange them for a different pair. The sales girl looked up my friends purchase and discovered they were purchased on December 21st. I had no I idea the store had a 30 day only policy, nor when my friend purchased the earrings. I was not asking for a refund or anything like that and feel they could have been more accommodating but instead she said they could not help me since we were 5 days beyond the 30 day purchase/exchange policy and that was that!

The description of Luna on Goggle is quirky, which is just weak and inaccurate descriptive language. Luna is a perfect place to shop for beautiful art pieces from glass to fine pottery, to very artistic jewelry. Their buyer is spot on! Im from San Jose, and when I come down to the shore, the top of my list is Luna after stopping at Peets for a cappuccino. It is one of my favorite shops from San Juan Capistrano, through Santa Barbara, Morrow Bay, Cambria, (Carmel & Monterey a little pricey for me) Capitola, Santa Cruz and up to Arcata. I hate malls, but I love these outdoor shopping areas with great art work! Luna has been one of my favorites for, I think, over twenty years. So many pieces in my home. Thank you.

I love this shop!! I go there every time I visit my daughter. It has very classy, unique items that cant be found anywhere else. The staff is super nice and helpful but they let you browse all you want without pressuring you. Their jewelry is really interesting and their glassware is stunning!

This is a wonderful place for unique glass decor. The staff is as pretty and delicate as the glass they expertly handle. Warm, friendly and helpful staff and few children (picture a bull in a china shop) make it a pleasure to shop in the store.
