Every time I have work done at broadway Glass, its perfect. I recently brought in an antique bathroom medicine chest mirror that was broken and the old rosette ornaments on the fasteners were dingy. Johnny Garcia is a master! He replaced the old mirror and found beautiful vintage rosettes to put under the screws. He carefully cleaned and polished the crystal knob. This mirror will be perfect in my 100-year-old cottage!

Contacted Broadway Glass to help source a round of tempered glass for a DIY project. They were quick, informative, and flexible. They were able to record chamfer feature characteristics & other dimensions over the phone. Part came out great.

I stopped counting after 8 calls. Either no one answered or left voicemails without ONE returned call. When they finally came to install the windows, they promised they would order a missing piece on Monday. Never did...only called me for my credit card on Tuesday. Use another company. AVOID. Just a terribly run business.

The work was on a commercial project and this subcontractor was one of our best. Very responsive, professional, and had reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them and would use them for my own house.

Made an appointment after several quotes to meet with Jason Shipman [salesperson] and my commercial client - Jason never showed up and then when I called he told me his was in bed. No concern towards my time or that of my clients! Not worth wasting your time since they do NOT care about their clients...

I had 2 stationary windows that I wanted changed out so they would open. Sounds simple enough. In fact, I live in a building with 90+ condo units in it and over a dozen of my neighbors wanted to do the same thing. That is a lot of windows and a lot of business; so one would think youd get decent service and attention. That process started January 2016 and I FINALLY have working windows finished February 2017...13 months later! Now, they will give you lots of excuses, when YOU contact them, and theyll make appointments to come out next week...but then when YOU follow up with them again, they had a fabrication issue or a this issue or a that issue...blah, blah, blah! This company has been HORRIBLE to deal with and I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!!
