The best place to come to if you need a boost! Their smoothies and shakes are amazing and the owners are the sweetest people to top it off! A great place to come to all year round because of the variety of things they have whether it be snacks, juices, wellness shots, supplements, you name it! I always look forward to stopping by and trying something new!

Walked in after working out and was greeted by the owner and immediately felt welcomed and amongst friends. Explained all the amazing products they offered and allowed me to even customize my own smoothie. Once I tried mine I was hooked. Top quality ingredients and very fairly priced. The staff is also willing to go the extra mile so you get the shake that best for your workout routine.I highly recommend going here, the tropical colada is my favorite.

Johnny will break down each and every ingredient in any menu choice and why it’s important and healthy for your body. Whether it’s there wellness shots, fresh juices or a protein smoothie post workout, owners Globish and Johnny go out of their way to make sure your experience is 12/10. I’ve never had a juice or smoothie I hated and they also sell protein, supplements and nutritional foods to help with any diets or fitness journey. Even if you want a delicious tasting snack or smoothie they have it! They’re both extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and whats best for you ! If I can give them 10 stars I would !
