Today was the first time I met with Bill Kent. I am very happy to say that my experience was totally successful! I had a major issue with my hearing aids and he was able to solve the problem, while I sat in his office. He was not only successful but was extremely friendly and in no way did I feel rushed. Bill Kent Jr is a pleasure to work with. He is exceptionally skilled at setting up his patients’ hearing aids to work as perfectly as possible for their particular hearing loss. In my case my hearing loss is moderate to severe. Bill set my hearing aids to work well for me under several different hearing situations. I’m happy with how I received them; but Bill is not. He wants me to learn how to tweak them more and more and more so that I can get the best possible results for me. He is spending a lot of time with me trying to teach me how to perfect my devices with the iphone app. Frankly I can’t see any other service provider who has Bill’s expertise, Bill’s desire to tweak the hearing aids towards perfection, and Bill’s willingness to spend an enormous amount of time training his patients. If you go elsewhere, you won’t get your hearing aids to be as optimally tweaked for your personal needs.

I had an issue with setting up an appointment for my hearing problem. Even more so with wearing two hearing aids. That is, until I met Bill Kent Jr. Bill has a way with his patients that cannot be explained. I never thought that I would improve my hearing with the nerve damage I have had for 60 years. William Kent sat down with me, tested me, and I tried using hearing aids. To my surprise I am hearing stuff I never heard before with the clarity of these devices. I also I very aware of being seen with aids but nobody noticed. How much did this cost was an issue but they worked out a fair price but what I like is that its not a national company that will sell you a device and not service it. I called my Dr. only to find out he had retired and would be out of the office and will not return .I had just purchased a Starky hearing aid.I was told by the office that they could do nothing about it and to call Starky in Minneapolis.I did and Veronica gave me the name of All Island Hearing, 8 minutes from my house.I called and was told to come down immediately and I would be taken care of.When I arrived I was greeted by the lifesaver of the day William Kent BC-HIS.I explained the problem to him .He had the patience of a Saint and was able not only to fix the problem but to find that I was able to program my phone for volume as well as programs.He explained the programs, showed me how to get the App on my phone and showed me how to use it with kindness and sincerity.He would not let me leave without my being comfortable with the App and the hearing aid.This had never been told to me by my Dr. or the office on how to use the HMr. Kent insisted I call if I had a problem and he would follow up with a call in 3 months.At they same time I was in the office Starky called to say they spoke tothe Dr.s office only to verify what I had told them.
