Prism Boutique is a small store which is locally owned and operated and they carry some really cool brands. I bought a shirt which was too small, and Lena helped me in exchanging it and made it so easy and simple. She was such a pleasure. I received the exchange really fast.They dont have a standard return policy, but thats not unusual considering its a small boutique shop. Their customer service is really great, and they carry stock of items many places dont.Love love love. Thank you Prism and Lena especially!

The shop was pretty and the products were cool but the staff made me uncomfortable. As a poc I usually don’t feel that comfortable in predominantly white spaces and I felt even more uncomfortable after noticing I was the only one asked to sanitize their hands when I walked in and felt as though there was constantly an associate nearby asking me if I needed help. LB is a very progressive area and I love it here but this was the first time I ever felt uncomfortable so I most likely won’t be going back. Plus, most of the stuff in their shop can be found elsewhere through the original businesses. And some of those businesses are way more inclusive.

This is the best place for the trendiest clothing and cutest gifts! So many things to choose from I loved the selection and will be back!

Very neat items, but expensive!

The swimsuit I ordered online was not as pictured - the color online looks like a dark yellow and when I received it, it was a yellow-green color that was not what I expected.While the swimsuit seem like it was great quality, I then found out that they do not offer refunds whatsoever and on top of that, charged me a return fee. My own fault for not researching the return policy on their website, but that doesnt excuse the bad practice.Customer service is everything and I would never shop at a place that locks me into any purchase I make.Now I have to spend $200 on something else that I dont need, when really I should just get a refund. You are robbing people - change your policy please.

Made a long trip to visit this boutique and it was so well worth it. Not only is it amazingly curated but also so beautifully set up. Employees were super patient and helpful. Manager was also a very sweet and passionate woman. If I’m ever in Long Beach again I’ll most definitely stop by!

Ordered a plant stand online for $78 - all pictures included the pot & generally when you order a “plant stand” the whole item is referred to as a plant stand and or a planter. Shame on me for missing the small print stating that the pot is not included. Received my item which was shipped to South Carolina to find that only the wooden part was included in my$78 purchase. Tried to order the pot and was told they only sell the pot in the store. This boutique does not offer refunds - only a store credit. Very misleading and disappointing experience.

Prism Boutique is not just a womens clothing boutique -- its a super-chic explosion of bohemian awesomeness filled to the brim with stuff I never knew I needed so badly. There are popular clothing brands like Free People and BB Dakota but also a bunch independent and upcoming designers -- it feels great to get a compliment on something I got at Prism and be able to respond, Oh, its this brand from Australia. Their jewelry is a ridiculously gorgeous collection of new and vintage stuff in all price ranges, with a bunch of locally made pieces mixed in.The shop is clean, spacious and just plain gorgeous. Theres a ton of stuff to browse but it doesnt feel crowded or stuffy, or that Im going to turn around and knock something over with my giant purse.I tried on a bunch of stuff in this really neat dressing room and even though there were other customers in the store, the owner Dayna was helping me with getting different sizes, trying new styles and telling me what she liked the entire time.You can tell Dayna really put her heart into stocking nothing but beautiful clothing and jewelry - she has impeccable taste and it shows in just about everything about this place. I do not have what you would call a slender physique, and Dayna is great at helping me pick pieces that are right for my body. I usually dont like to shop but I could easily spend two hours here, and its awesome that its in Long Beach!
