Great shop and customer service. The girls are awesome here and know their stuff. A bit pricey but if you become a member you get discount pricing.Will be here for all my plant needs.

I visited this place today 1-9-2021and made a purchase. The guy working at the store with a pony tail hairstyle was very rude. During the transaction he walked away and started working on another transaction and came back later.He had the worst employee professionalism I have ever seen. He treats his job as if he does not want to be working there and it’s just a pay check. Also he did not have any knowledge of the products I asked him about which they had in store.This guy needs to be trained properly to know how to communicate and work with paying customers. He does not deserve to be working at this store when so many others who are unemployed today who would love to fill his position. He gives there company a bad reputation for his lack of integrity.

They raised prices during a world wide crisis. They are already overpriced then to take advantage of people during this time. Smh! Some many levels why this price gouging is wrong. Shop around elsewhere. So many other places with better prices. Dont support greedy businesses that take advantage of situations like this. Im sure they going to lose customers over this. Why are your prices different in Orange County? 1 bag of FoxFarms soil at your location cost $12 and in Orange it is $24. Not even worth a review. BUY ONLINE.

Great staff. They are very friendly. The place is HUGE. Its a warehouse! They stock everything for small growers to professionals. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what i needed. They have very decent pricing as well. There are 2 hydro shops in this area and i usually chose this one of the 2.

They are impossible to get ahold of via email or phone. They offer free shipping but do not honor it and give bogus reasons for not shipping an item. Still waiting on my refund. Will never do business and will discourage people that I know from doing business with this company. Luckily there are several other hydroponic companies that answer their phones and do proper business with people instead of jerking them around. I really hope that this store goes out of business soon so that the business can go to people who deserve it and will not get ripped off.

WOW. The Green Coast in Long Beach is maybe the nicest hydro store ive ever been in. They have everything youll need for your grow and a support staff that is incredibly knowledgable. If you are in the Long Beach area I absolutely suggest stopping by.

This hydroponics store had many useful products. I came in looking for Fox Farms soil and ended up buying many different products. Friendly customer service too.

Everything is way overpriced their employees are helpful yet not as educated as they should be about their products. Used to be frequent Shoppers there then we realize we are paying three times the price that we could pay elsewhere its almost as if they buy the product themselves off the shelf and then sell it to make profit, I dont understand why their prices would be so high

They give incentives like $5 off discounts for leaving them good reviews so take all their reviews with a grain of salt. Over all online selection is decent but dont ever go into the store. If you do find your way into the warehouse youll be treated like a second class citizen. I think they just want to ship online order because their physical location has much higher prices for the exact same equipment. dont make my mistake and price things online before you come in because youll walk out paying nearly double. Also the staff never seems to want to help they just want you to leave them the hell alone. i might order from they again but id really like to find a local shop thats friendly

Unbelievably over priced. A 4 inch centrifugal fan and a small carbon filter cost $220 with two discounts!! Amazon has the same products for half the cost. I will never go back again.

If you wanna be sold a bunch of equipment you dont need at a 30% - 50% mark up from elsewhere go here. There policies are very one sided and not customer friendly. Theyre some knowledgable people here but that doesnt make them honest. Save your time, money, and go elsewhere.

This place is just not the same as when I first went a couple years ago. All the prices have been jacked up due to the new regulation. No discounts on anything and a new higher price structure. Im definitely sticking to online unless I have no choice for oversized and bulky items.

Prices are way too high even after 40% discounts.

I give it 2 star, only because one employee with the beard. actually was polite and didnt try to make a sale. The rest of the employees was rude and got offend when being ask questions. So basically Ill take my business elsewhere.
