The sorbet cream was so smooth and yummy! The Italian ice absolutely compliments the ice cream. Theres also a bunch of fun flavors to choose from! The service was super good! They were able to recommend amazing flavor combinations and even gave us another serving when we dropped the ice cream. Would def come again!! #fullandsatisfied

Fun ice cream and crepe place. Open late (1030 PM) so good your for a night time ice cream fix. They also have some really good sandwiches made with crepes rather than bread. Turkey, roast beef and pastrami are all very good. We usually make the Long Beach one a weekly habit. The one across from Cerritos Mall can be VERY busy. Havent tried the Cypress one yet.

The staff here are so cheerful that its almost suspicious. But their ice cream and sorbet products are delicious. Just dont eat too fast or you definitely will get brain freeze.

Their staff has always been helpful and friendly even when they are really slammed. The food is is equally great! Keep it up!

This place is amazing. The ice cream is so good. And the staff is the best. I went in there with my family for the first time. There were 8 of us and they were beyond fantastic on customer service. They explained everything to us and let us try a number of different samples till we knew what we wanted. I will be back here again and definitely recommend this place.

Customer service here is excellent. Albeit a little off putting at first but the employees are genuine in their excitement. Happened to visit while there was 3 new employees being trained. All employees were focused and you could tell there is a large amount of training that goes into this job. Good job to the manager and lead employee for handling my missing crepe situation well.

First time visit, no photo because I ate it all too quickly!They gave samples and it was really nice to try, but definitely go a little out of your comfort zone of one flavor and get the gummy worm combo. Its 4 flavors and I could not get over how good it tasted. Ended up stealing my partners cup and eating all of theirs while they very graciously ate my one flavor. 😂

Tried this place for the first time with my wife the other day and absolutely loved it!!! The employee that helped us was exceptionally skilled at make flavor combos that were out of this world. And she let us try something like 20 samples, which will win me over pretty much every time 😂. I will definitely be coming back for crepes soon!

There is no other Ice Cream will ever eat besides Frostbites again! 11/10 best ice place in the world! Theres a whole lot of different flavors but my usual is chocolate ice cream with peanut butter ice! Just thinking about it makes me crave it. 👌

Best Italian ice and custard my family and I have ever had!

If you can deal with a mob of hipsters, and employees that are seemingly required to constantly be so up beat and happy that its creepy, then try the Italian ice! Its delicious and theres lots of different flavors you can combine.Despite the forced positivity and smiling that made me feel I was about to be passed the kool-aid at any second, the employees are very helpful and have tons of suggestions and encourage you to sample anything.So if you just want to get some frozen dessert after work, and not deal with a loud social experience, this might not be your cup of tea. Curmudgeons beware :)

The crepes are to die for. For first timers the staff will give you Mini samples of the ice cream that goes with the crepes. They have this whole artistic creation that will have your taste buds doing backflips for more.The staff friendly and easily explained the process.The shop is clean bright and smells great.

It is different than your standard frozen yogurt or ice cream shop.Very friendly (almost too friendly) staff that will give you as many tasters that you want and will even give you suggestions to try out. It can be a little overwhelming the first time because there are a lot of options, but they are all pretty good.

This is a really different creamery with the two different kinds that you can get. You can get ice cream and the different flavors of Italian ice on top. They have lots of flavors and they are all great. You can try each one before you buy too so you dont have to worry

Worst dried out tasteless crepe I have ever had. And over priced. They charge .80 cents for a small drizzle of syrup that should be free. Every thing is charged extra. So if you want a basic crepe it will cost like 16 bucks. Just go to la creperie on 2nd street and get a dessert crepe for half that price and it will taste better

I had my first taste of Frostbites back at their Cerritos location, but since I frequently go to Long Beach now to take my sister to school, Im able to swing by the LB location whenever Im around. Getting a cup of their sorbet cream seriously makes me so happy!Frostbites specializes in Italian ice mixed with the most amazing ice cream custard I have ever tasted. Of course youre able to get a cup of pure Italian ice (sorbet chill), or you can order the ice cream custard by itself. But if you want to get a true taste of why Frostbites is so amazing, I highly recommend the sorbet cream - ice cream mixed with any combination of Italian ice that you want!If youre new to the Frostbites experience, the staff at every location welcomes new guests with open arms, encouraging all sorts of samples and concoctions that you wont even remember what youve tasted and/or liked. The line can get super long because of the whole taste testing experience. They usually serve one party at a time, so be prepared to wait for awhile if you come in during busy hours.Their flavors of ice changes regularly (with some that are seasonal), but they also have a few standard flavors that are always present. I really like the Sour Gummy Worm - all of the sour flavors of ice with vanilla custard - as well as the blue raspberry and raspberry with vanilla custard. If youre craving something sweeter, taro and coconut with vanilla custard is also a good combination. I feel like you cant go wrong with the combos at Frostbites because everything tastes so good!
