This was my first time at the place. The guy behind the counter didnt know his products, or what was available for that day and didnt know the product line enough to make recommendations. So I picked a slushy with exploding balls. My flavors were watermelon & green apple with strawberry exploding balls. Color looked like brown sugar. Flavors were light... didnt taste the watermelon at all. There was just a hint of green apple. And the balls didnt taste like strawberry. The skin of the balls was interesting. Id go again to try something different

Pretty good, small but they have a lot of flavors. Was pretty impressed with how much i got for 5 dollars. Would recommend the peach mango smoothie, there is a nice ice/flavor ratio as well.

I tried the taro, strawberry and mango with some friends. They tasted pretty good. The facility was small and very clean. It had nice staff and enough parking. I do see myself going back to try new flavors if I am in the area.

There was only one guy filling the orders but it was fast. He was awesome.! Made sure of social distancing, he was very nice, and the place was immaculate!👍👍👍

Pretty good for the price :) Dairy-free options available. I got the strawberry smoothie with soy milk and it was tasty without being too sugary ... they also have almond milk. Service was quick and almost no wait time. Friendly staff and plenty of parking too!

One of many boba locas. Small location compared to the rest but same great service as always. I usually get the green tea frap which is not listed on the menu but they do sell it none the less. They have a large size which is 32 oz. Which is something I havent seem in the rest of the boba locas. The restroom is outside located in the side which is cool since it is a little stinky. This location has a lot of parking which is on a one way street. Great place to come grab a refreshing gulp!

Ordered an almond milk tea w boba, the bottom of the drink was hot and the ice melted to make a room temperature drink, which actually tasted fine.The real reason its only getting two stars is the shop itself. Dying plants on shelves with super dusty books, poorly taped signage everywhere, and it was super hot and humid inside. Not only that, it smelled as if the someone had used the bathroom recently and left the door open, toilet seat up and didnt flush! This placed reeked of straight doodoo! I feel sorry for the employees who may have gone nose blind to the smell over the course of their shift!

I always have a great experience here but yesterday i went in because i really wanted to try a shaved ice while my husband and my son wanted a slush. When i left and got out my car to go home, i spilled the two slushes all over my leg.. Of course im upset. I decided to go back to purchase more for my guys. This particular gentleman said, No, Ive got it. Dont even worry about it. Made my whole day much better. I wish i knew his name but thanks for your kindness Bud. Higher tips coming from me. 😂

Delicious boba and shaved ice.

Right now I can only give 1 star cause this is the 2nd time Ive drove here and they are closed both times. Ive been dying to try this place but they are not open when the sign states they are open

I was looking for an ICE cream shop around the area and then I saw SHAVE ICE and wondered...YES! HAWAIIAN STYLE SHAVE ICE! Its a 3 flavor sno cone, but, with a fresh fruit topping, a drizzle of condensed milk on top, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream under the SHAVE ICE. Omg delicious!

Decent enough boba thats central to the Bixby Knolls area. I havent ever gotten fresh boba here, but its always good nonetheless. The honeydew milk tea, Thai iced tea, and tapioca milk teas are all my go-tos. My sister has gotten the ice-blended drinks and recommends them as well.

Delicious drinks all the time . I try to get something new every time I go Im never desapoited.

Drinks here is horrible. I couldnt even finish a quarter of my drink. Coffee tasted really weird, I just threw it away.

I oddly asked if they could do a coconut-taro slush mix and they accepted as long as I was okay with the outcome. Gave them a thumbs up and I wasnt disappointed. The flavor was awesome and their boba isnt too/very sweet compared to some other shops; good texture too.

Their boba is amazing. Their service is wonderful. With the whole covid-19 the have have a place you must wait after and before ordering and hand sanitizer. Would 100% recommend coming and getting boba, also mango smoothie w/boba is to die for.

Love this place. They are tiny but they have fast service. They sometimes run out of the good stuff do to customer volume. But either way their prices are great and my go to spot.

Ive been to this boba loca several times, but during a recent visit I received terrible customer service.As is expected because of Covid 19 and new measures implemented for the safety of customers and workers there can be some confusion about how each business deals with ordering and line management. I went with my son to buy boba and we were confused about how they were handling orders. There was only one person in the building apart from us waiting so he went up to the register to order. My son noticed there was a sign that said wait here for order pick up so he walked to sign and the girl at the register yelled at him to stay outside.My son and I waited outside until our order was called.At the time there was no one else standing by the sign and he was at least 6ft away from everyone else. That wouldnt be a problem to me because understand that some safety precautions are necessary because of current circumstances, but then a family who came after us moved right next to the sign and werent told anything. In addition other people were ordering and not waiting outside, they werent told to stay outside. I feel like this treatment was disrespectful and I no longer think we will be coming back to this location.

My favorite is the Taro with Boba its really good I could drink this every day and place is really clean

There isnt much boba in the immediate area, so this place is good for satisfying a craving. Most drinks are really sweet, but some can be less sweet upon request.They do have real fruit smoothies, which is nice, and if you want a TON of shaved ice, its quite good :)Overall, I only go when Im in the area, but its decent enough. Fast service.

Just tried for the first time enjoyed

Reasonably priced, and they offer a wide variety of drink choices including milkshakes, smoothies, fusion tea, and coffee drinks, as well as shaved ice. I recommend the mango black fusion tea with boba. The milkshakes are also really tasty, and I dont know anywhere else you can get an ice cream-based milkshake with boba.

I really love this place the gumbo is bomb and the Cajun seafood boil is unbelievable

The tea was good and the service was okay. I only didnt like that hwy blast the music so loud. They could tone it down a little as well as be a bit more helpful to new clients.

Great boba drinks. Probably the best I’ve tried. The green tea matcha milkshake is a way better and creamier version of the Starbucks one.

Different flavors of the popping bobas and our favorite is the pop pineapple and the strawberry banana!

I got the coffee with Boba. It was really good, the coffee wasnt too strong and the boba was not too hard. I dont know when its open, everytime I passed by it was closed. The one time I went it was like 5pm.

Ive been passing by this place for years and finally decided to stop by and Im glad I did. I never stopped because I figured it taste like any other boba place but to my surprise it was some of the best boba Ive ever tasted.
