I have been using Medico Linen services in my dental office for the past 13 years and have been extremely happy with their service. Prior to finding Medico I used several linen services that did not provide the same quality of products or excellent service. Medico has a nice variety of coats to chose from, so everyone in the office can find what they are looking for. They provide embroidery service which adds a nice touch. My contact at Medico, Mauricio, has always been very accessible to talk to and taken care of all of our needs. This is by far the best linen service weve had in the 30+ years we have been in business here at Dr. Gregory Robins Family Dentistry. I am not certain when our partnership began, but one thing I am certain of is how great your team at Medico is. Our driver, Sammy, is on our route (683) and he is always so kind and courteous with the staff and even our patients. Sammy is a very professional worker, he always comes in with a smile on his face. It is nice to see how hard your team works to make our business run smoothly when your services are needed. Thank you Sammy for everything that you do for us you are a hard and efficient worker.

As the manager of a surgical facility a good linen service is very important for our staff, surgeons, and patients. Medico started out fine at first but eventually became very unreliable. We first started noticing that we were running out of linens half way through the week but thought we were just using more supplies. We eventually realized that Medico was not delivering all the items that we were being charged for after we starting to count the items as soon as they were delivered. We found that the delivery forms said the shipment was complete but there were many items missing. This happened a few times over the years and the manger would normally ship more items and it would be resolved for a few weeks or months. After going through a few managers the issues were getting worse. We eventually told them that we were canceling our contract so the new manger reached out and promised us that he would fix the issue so we gave them a second chance. Needless to say, it was a bad idea. The problems only got worse. We were getting short shipped our linens but still being billed full price.We eventually ended our agreement with them as the problems were getting worse and becoming a detriment to our operations. I thought this would be the end of our interactions but I later got an $8 late charge for the payment of our closing bill. Overall, this company is unreliable and full of false promises and issues.

We have been working with Medico for over 9 years and have found that they are usually very attentive to our needs and questions. Sammy has been our driver for some years and if anyone at Medico deserves praise it is him. Sammy is always smiling and almost perceptive to our needs. He is reliable and we find that we think of him as part of our team, because of his ability to understand and match his assistance to our needs. We are most grateful to Sammy, a true asset to Medico

WARNING BEFORE USING; Medicolinen will leave you without scrubs and other needed items irrespective of contract terms, agreements in place or promises from their management. Feels like the company is shutting down since weve not had a honest pickup/delivery for most of this year. They will put your patients and staff at risk and will not care whatsoever.

Negative zero! At first the two was great!!! But my sheets were Hit and miss as far as quality I would get sheets that had stains or writing on them or be so starchy you could not bend them. That finally got solved after a month.No the problem is I’ve been trying to contact my rep for two weeks and he’s nowhere to be found not getting any phone calls or responses I have a sheet overload whatever the delivery company as they keep delivering on the wrong days and then not picking up on the right days it’s getting ridiculous and I still can’t get a hold of anyone as of today that was told to the wrap to weeks ago and nothings been done.

This place is terrible my company has been in contract with them for years and they have ruined multiple jackets with bleach stains, ink stains, etc. they constantly bring the wrong amount of towels and when I call they never apologize and fix the problem!!!! Scam dont sign any agreement with this company. Read all their one star review. I cough them charging me for sheets and towels never delivered. They over estimate their so called inventory agreement so they can over bill you. When I did an audit and found over $10,000 in over billing on sheets and towels... even though I provided them proof they refused to issue a refund or credit. They stated pay your bill or we will suspend service. Then they turn it over to Kenneth Freed to sue me for not honoring their contact.Medical Team.. work together to work a sub stainable solution?I called over and over for over 3 months for someone to address my concern about being over charged by over $10,000 for sheets and towels I never received.. Only to be told you would not consider any adjustment and for me to pay the bill and continue paying for sheets and towels that would not be deliver! I cant operate with out sheets so I had to find another vendor.. So now you sue me for over $80,000 for breach of contract?!This is working toward a sub stainable solution?If you were really interested in customer service you would of credited my account and adjusted my weekly deliveries.. Thats what honorable companies that value their customers would of done. This should be a Warning to anyone considering doing business with Medico. Run!

Their contracts are misleading to the untrained eye.We had a good supplier-Mission Linen, service was dependable and accurate. We had a 3year contract with them, we had 18 mos left on the contract. Because we thought we would get higher quality linens we made the HORRIBLE mistake of switching to The worst customer service-Medico POS Linen. When we called Mission, with a big Thank You for your business, they wished us well, and said if you ever need us in the future we are here for you. Never a word about “the contract”.Then the unbelievable began. From week one Medico POS Linen Co did not deliver as promised. The linens were half good and half bad, constantly sending someone else’s order to our business. Shorting us week after week. No response to our calls. Voicemails ignored. We are a small business, they didn’t care a bit about service for us. When someone finally answered the phone the promises to fix our order were never, And we mean NEVER delivered on. Why would a company treat its client like This? Because they know you are a small business, they bet that you signed the contract without having an attorney check it. They know that they will sue you for the whole contract regardless of poor service and lack of good faith in keeping their part of the contract. They have no scruples. They wait with baited breath for you to end service. They know that breaching a contract between businesses does not rescind the contract, they know that because of legal-speak they can rip you off, then sue you for thousands of dollars, they send it to their brother collection agency who files in superior court with their cousin attorney firm, and they know they wrote the contract to screw you in court where contracts are the law. They know you are a small business that when faced with fighting in court and spending thousands more, you’d rather pay the ransom. It is a total shake down. Medico POS Linen, HORRIBLE people, do not do business with them. How we wished we had checked Yelp! We are out thousands of dollars, do not do business with them believe these Horrible reviews, don’t enter in. Warn your fellow practitioners.

She even told me that her own company cant even come close to their prices.If you need, Im happy to answer any questions about my terrible experience with this company, as they shouldnt be allowed in business. I know medico staff is professional and courteous.

These are professional scammers,, from their CEO to the fraud Attorney they have to sue the unsatisfied customers. The quality of the coats and towels is terrible, they even sometimes have blood spots, and we discontinued the service they are suing us for the remaining of the contract which we also discovered its 5 years,, we didnt even know until now because they hide it with tiny prints . This company is afraid, worst ever and we are gathering all professionals to class action sue them for their deceptive practices
