Amazing beer selection and incredibly knowledgeable friendly staff. A Long Beach treasure. 💯

I often go to Hi-Lo Liquor to purchase items and sometimes sit in the bar area for a drink. On Sunday, I went with a friend to have a drink, and the person working asked for my vaccine card. I left the store and went to Breakfast Bar instead. I would like the owners to reconsider their position on demanding medical records from their customers as this is a violation of HIPPA rules and regulations. Additionally, refusing service to a customer or customers based on their medical choices is flat-out discrimination.

I’ve frequented Hi-Lo numerous times and I love it. Depending on who’s working, they’re usually pretty helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the liquor assortment. Love that you can also sit and enjoy drinks, too.

Incredible selection of seltzer’s, wine, beer and tasty snacks! High end products at a reasonable price. Impeccable customer service and great suggestions. I’ll be back for sure:)

Beautiful bottle shop with a tasting room on site were you could drink from the tap list or cans and bottles that you purchase. Also a big selection of wine and liquor. Looking forward to visiting more in the future.!

My type of Spirits store! Great Micro brews, spirits, and ciders for the elevated and conscious pallet. The staff was super kind and helpful! Ill be back to shop with them again for sure.

Pricey, although this isn’t your typical corner liquor store. They sell a lot of unique, local brands. Great selection of wines, beers, and hard liquors, plus some snacks too. Service is always really friendly as well.

I came in today eager to spend, unfortunately there was only one attendant working and she didnt mention anything about the flowers and chocolate add on. Oh well, I guess Ill get the flowers and chocolate somewhere else. Also, the prices are marked up by an average of about $20-30. An example Pine Ave Fun from Willies Tin Shop. Look at how much it costs to buy the bottle directly from Willies and then compare that with the price at this shop.

This place is amazing when youre looking for rare spirits, wine and beer. A true gem in DTLB.

Great selection and workers. They are always nice and willing to help for suggestions. The hardest thing is to make a decision. It is pricey but I am sure the location and small brewery selection has something to do with it.

She proceeded to try and help me by trying different options, but in the end we decided that picking up would be exceptional. When I arrived, she was both cordial and precise. She knew what I came for, but also was able to show me more and even saved me a drive out because my next destination would have been Bottle Logic Brewery for Study Break, but they had it in stock, too! Plus I saved some money by joining the mailing list. All in which I donated my total savings towards tip. Cant wait to come in for new releases, or new favorites.

Clean, neat and full of craft brews and micro-distillery inventions, this shop might give you a not-so-great habit. Its on the pricey side, but I have yet to be disappointed with the service or the selection. If you are a creature of habit, this may not be your place, but if youre looking for unusual liquors, spirits and brews, give it a try.

All the fun liquors and mixers you can possibly want! They have Middlebar Bloody Mary mix, which is hard to find and the best Bloody Mary mix by far! This is a great place for your regular booze or to buy fantastic, well-packaged gifts.

This is a really cozy and convenient spot. The first time I came here was for a wine tasting, which they do weekly. It was a fun way to try some different bottles before buying one. Their draft list is always changing, and I am consistently impressed with what is on there.The front of the shop is like a very curated corner store. They seemed to have picked all my favorites (including Jenis ice cream!).Im a big fan of the beer selection, focusing almost exclusively on smaller craft breweries.The staff have been really friendly, knowledge, and helpful. This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink, and maybe discover something new.

Great selection of liquor and wine with some typical and not so typical snacks. On Fridays they are doing food popups from local food vendors

This place was surprisingly reasonably priced and they carried quality items. I was surprised because they had a nice aesthetic, so naturally assumed a higher than normal price tag. I wouldve preferred a few more rum options, but what they have available are pretty solid options. No basic bat or Sailor/Captain rums here.Ill definitely be back to check out theyre beer and wine flights.

This beautiful store has an amazing variety of rare alcohol, liquors, shrubs, mixers and gourmet food. Also nice lounge with tastings and wine bar. Great local resource for Alamitos Beach area!

Dope place is brand new very open huge variety of unique beers a lot of ipa choices and a huge selection of unique hard alcohol 11 year old whiskey absinthe all the bitters and tools needed to make a great drink at home hard to find pre made drinks a bar for tastings and events when the quarantine ends also a decent selection of snacks and non alcoholic drinks to pair with your drinks meat and cheese chips ice cream check them out you won’t regret it
