I have a issue with Company websites and Google giving different hours than the physical store operates. Waste of time, gas and just unnecessary.

I just Felt the need to write this post from all of my recent great experiences at the West Long branch Sally beauty. The former staff who worked there were anything but polite and helpful. I have noticed recently that the new staff that they hired has completely transformed the store between looking great and having great customer service. The women there are so pleasant and also informative of the products. When you walk in its like walking into a different store, so I must give credit where its due for the way these women have changed the entire atmosphere. I go in often for hair dye for my roots and it is relieving to know that there are people to actually help me now when I walk into the store. These women are great and I wish I could give this store 10 stars. I bless them with all of Gods love and may these wonderful girls get back what they give.

I am a valuable customer at Sallys! I’ve been going there for years and the workers are VERY unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I asked a few questions about hair and they couldn’t give me a response.I will no longer spend my money at Sallys Beauty again.

I just tried to go into the store 15 minutes before closing time and the doors were all ready locked. The lady working was by the door and did not even acknowledge that I was standing there or trying to come in. She didn’t try to signal that the doors were locked because they were closed or anything. Wow. I often spend hundreds of dollars at a time when I step foot inside somewhere to shop. So even if it was slow and they decided to close doors a little early they just missed an opportunity to make up for how slow it was in sales. I guess money isn’t everything right? In that case I’ll spend my hundreds elsewhere.

Ive come to this location out of convenience and accepted the fact that they dont always open on time so Ive gotten used to waiting to go until the afternoon but when I went on a Sunday and they closed an hour early on my only day off to get one thing I needed I got upset. As I walked in at 4:59 the assistant manager told me they were closing at 5 and turned me away. When I stated the hours say 6 she said they had worked a lot of hours and needed a break . When I called for a corporate number after that she got upset told me to look it up myself and hung up on me. I will no longer be getting my supplies from this place thanks to the lack of customer service and inability to run correct buisness hours.

Went in to buy two things. Store was smaller than other locations. Selection in one item/area is just not there. Not a lot of stock & not a lot of choices, for example, wax. The one person working there, that was seen, was nice enough & helpful.

Customer service was great ... until they sold me a used and broken item that had obviously been a return. Then I got some attitude when I returned it the next day and was given another busted box when I tried to purchase another. Obviously, I took my money and ran. Not even a sorry about that. Maybe send broken equipment back to the distributor instead of reselling returns. Whatever. Theres other Sallys besides this one.

THIS SALLYS IS THE BEST*** Holly and Skylar are Amazing!!! I mean these ladies were so kind and helpful- I went in for one pair of eyelaahes and left with my Beauty card renewed for FREE, another pair of eyelaahes half off, and a third item (anything under $8) for free! Im so happy they had no problem helping me take advantage of all the promotions they had going on, it really helped make my experience there an awesome one** I had almost forgotten about Sallys and they totally put it back on the map for me* Happy Customer :)

Purchased a hand full of items but not all my items were there and I know its my fault for not checking my bag before I left but I didnt expect for the store to tell me theres nothing they can do. Will never shop at this location again. I feel robbed because I purchased items and never recieved all of them.

Claim there store opens at 9am. Its now 9:24 and no one is here. RIDICULOUS 😠

I was here at 5:45 and they were closed and they close at six
