While visiting Long Branch, we found this place to have breakfast, previously we were visiting the Hoboken location and we liked the experience.The first day when we went was a little disappointed, because the enormous number of people who wanted a table; the waitress was unkind, but the food was really good and the coffee tasty.We gave it another chance the next day and this time everything was good, the service, the food, drinks, time, etc.If you want a decent and tasty breakfast, this is right place... bonus point: prices are fair for the flavor 👌

The food is always fresh and delicious! I love getting breakfast here when Im able to. Always a treat! M personal favorite is the Avocado Smash Benny (Benedict). I health it up further by asking to have it made with turkey bacon, and have the greens on the side. Delectable and so satisfying!

Beautiful weather for late October and we sat outside. I had the pancake sampler, with the cinnamon swirl, lemon something and I forget what the third kind was but all were good and the fruit sauce was good. My partner had eggs Benedict which she quickly gobbled down so it had to be good. Server was good and our food came out quickly. Turning Point, no matter which one we go to, has always been very good.

I love this place so much. My friend and I always come here when we are here for vacation. Service is great and very quick. It’s always busy but that’s very understandable because it’s a really good place! My only complaint is that every time I ordered the Basic Skillet there for some reason was either only 3 random peppers or onions, sometimes both in the dish. On the menus it doesn’t mention anything about those fillings at all. But otherwise I was very pleased by the whole experience. Highly recommend the purple rain drink!

Really good coffee. You get your own brew which is espectacular. French toast was a little too toasty but it was tasty, wanted to feel a bit more egg in it than crunch. Overall great experience. Great view. Low volume ambiance.

I woke up wanting chicken and waffles, did a gap search, and this place came up. Yummy!!! And a terrific variety of unusual teas. My breakfast neighbor got to me of the most lovely cappuccinos Ive ever seen served with sugar rock candy on a stick. Everything delivered to every table looks delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very good service.

Would go again - Turning Point is a perfect place for brunch. I took a trip to Long Branch for some r&r and decided to grab brunch here. I ordered the Low Country Shrimp Hash Bowl and while it was salty, it was absolutely delicious. The mix of ingredients between the hash, chorizo, shrimp, eggs benedict, and sauce was an interesting mix.This got me curious on trying other menu items and I would like to visit again to eat them. I recommend visiting this gem at one of the best beaches in NJ being Long Branch. Casual interior with ample public parking for all the places on this part of the beach. However, the parking does get full during prime beach season and times.

Such a nice place! The inside is so cozy and beautiful, but the outside sitting with the view is just as nice. Food and coffee are great and the people who work here are the nicest.Cornbread, Belgium waffle, and the vanilla chai coffee are very delicious 😋

Excellent lunch here! The apple cinnamon crunch French toast was perfect. The vegan pancakes were very good. I was not a huge fan of the bacon. The Earl grey tea was good but I didnt think it loved up to the description in the menu.Service was good. Its also great to eat in Pier Village and not pay outrageous prices! I will definitely eat at a turning point again. Theres too many things on the menu I still havent tried!

We used Yelp to join the waitlist which was super convenient. Arrived 10 mins before check in and got outdoor seating right away. On such a gorgeous day, the sun shined on us right out front.Byob.Service was generally attentive. Food was delicious.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is really nice, the food is really good a little pricey but definitely not unreasonable. My party was sat pretty quickly and the food took a little longer than expected. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I always have great experiences with turning point restaurants! However, I was there Labor Day weekend & there was an small issue that could have made my experience that day bad. Things happen in any establishment, & that is expected! It is up to management to turn that negative into a positive, or to potentially lose a customer!The way that the manager handled it, shows why Turning Point is rapidly expanding! It was a holiday weekend & it can be overwhelming, but I not only will return to that location, or any but I will probably return more. The food is reasonably priced, & consistently delicious!

We had a nice breakfast here. Great selections. They messed up our order a tiny bit and forgot to give us napkins, but service was friendly and the food was quite good. We sat outdoors, but thats probably seasonal.

I had good food but no so good service.... my sides never arrived... twice the sides were forgotten in 20 minutes and then the manager said loudly from 20 feet away... I need your table... I was not happy... my eggs got cold waiting for the sides... hopefully the restaurant will have better service next time... every restaurant deserves a second chance...

Below average food, portions, and service with well above average prices. I guess they dont clean the outside floor often because we were attacked by biting flies the whole time. We had to ask for silverware. I gave up waiting to find someone to ask for syrup so I took it off of someone elses table. The online menu was out of date so we couldnt order what we came here for. There seemed to be a lot of people on staff. Manager was at least helpful in fixing an error with our bill. Overall a terrible experience, will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Btw - the watery mistake (pictured) is not how you make shakshuka.

We were extremely happy with our breakfast here. Everything was delicious. The Eggs Benedict was fabulous and even the bacon was extra satisfying. Also their Chai blend is very unique and I was a big fan of the flavor.

Lots of vegan options for brunch, which can be hard to find! They have the option of using Just Egg to make vegan omelets, which Ive never seen before. To top it off, they do a really good job! Their juices are amazing! Def recommend checking it out, and try as much as you can!

We usually go here for breakfast at least once while at the shore. The food and service are always great. It can be busy on weekends so there may be a wait, but its not bad during the week. I like the eggs Benedict, and the blueberry pancakes!

This breakfast spot is the best in New Jersey. The place is clean and well upkept. The food is amazingly good and clean. Its employees are all very professional. They have great customer service here and amazing food. They deserve more than even 5 stars. The place was so good I had to come here twice.

Waited an hour to get in which I understand. Once seated it took ten minutes to have a server bring us water. My wife needed a few more minutes to look at the menu which is common. Then a half hour past and the server still never returned. We walked out.

We were sitting for 10 minutes before we got greeted by our server, who said he would be right with us. 5 min later he came and apologized for not having any cups for us because he couldn’t find any clean ones. I had to pot water from the pitcher into my own water bottle. Food took 20 min to come and was very mediocre. We had to ask multiple times for cutlery and glasses. When the glasses came, they looked dirty. Understand if you’re short staffed, but don’t seat more people than you can properly serve.

Turning Point is an amazing establishment!! They not only have great service but amazing food. Everything inside this place is worth getting. Their eggs are great, and if you order a skillet, it’s worth it!! I just tried their cinnamon roll pancakes for the first time and wow!! Best pancakes I’ve had in the longest time!! This place is a score and you should come there because they are amazing! I definitely recommend this location as well as their Little Silver location!!

The first time I was here was early on a week day in May and I thought it was amazing. The second, and most recent time I came here it was the complete opposite. I came on a Saturday morning around 9:30. Wait time was around 45 min which wasnt bad. It was once we were seated when the disappointment began. First thing that caught my attention was my menu being wet and sticky from some brown liquid. After we ordered, I noticed my fork had some food residue dried to it. The food itself was mediocre this time around, as well as the coffee tasting burnt. Not sure if this was just a bad day for them because I really did enjoy the first experience I had there. However, it will be a while before I go back after this most recent experience.

1st time here and will return food was excellent, coffee, everything was great. If you have to wait it will be will be worth it definitely try out, enjoy.

I recommend this restaurant near the house. This place always waits in the morning for many people to stand in line. Restaurant with delicious food near the beach! It is clean and the atmosphere is cool. The food is also delicious. My grandmothers loved it. It was a restaurant where you can feel the happiness of the landscape and taste.

A beautiful restaurant in a very beautiful location on the other side of the beach. The food and service was absolutely wonderful. Predominantly breakfast foods but not all. The food is so fresh. There is outside dining too but at this time there is a lot of construction work going on, on the side of the restaurant (not related to the restaurant). Metered street parking.

The water that you drink is highly fluoridated in the coffee also in the juices and in the high fructose corn syrup that causes type 2 diabetes and obesity from the genetically modified corn. They must use reverse osmosis to purify the water and eliminate high fructose corn syrup from the ketchup jams jellies and other Foods. Other than that theyve got good service and a good menu it wonderful location.

Awesome spot know for its breakfast/brunch. This place is a Sunday ritual for me and my girlfriend. They have an awesome menu and the fresh squeezed orange juice is a must! They also have more than one location and but this one is the best ive been to. Decor and vibe are perfect for the beach crowd and worth the wait to try!

This place was our go to place. It use to be clean and everyone was so helpful but not no more. Place was filthy food was mediocre and the rest room was dirty and the sink completely hosed me down when I went to use it. We will not be going back.

5 stars for the breakfasts and casual atmosphere but I’d only go 4 max on the chicken with mozzarella peppers and pesto sauce lunch sandwich. The pesto sauce was nowhere to be found. Excellent service friendly staff and fabulous location.

Ok real quick . Expect to wait about 30 minutes . Just order the classics . We tried that shekshooka dish. It was basically Mexican salsa poured over two pouches eggs and topped with feta cheese. It’s not authentic shekshooka. Note to Chef. Get trained on making shekshooka THE Middle eastern way! Because of this dish and us paying for three orders of it this is why we gave it 3 stars. However I had just basic eggs with home fires and turkey bacon it was good.

Im not sure where to start here. Our food was beyond fantastic, too bad the service didnt match the quality of the food. Our server, although it was quite busy and I cut her some slack, was not too attentive and our food took long to come out. Normally I would blame the kitchen if the food was hot but this wasnt the case. I ordered the chicken and waffles and they were extremely good, even at a like warm temperature! My wife ordered a breakfast bowl and she enjoyed it very much. We will try to visit on a day that its not so busy though.

Everything went pretty well, valentines day breakfast! Wait time was about 15 minutes, once we got our table food came out at a reasonable time due to the high volume of customers. We order pancakes and omelets. Tasted fantastic very filling. But the food that comes on the side was very poor. The hashbrowns/ potatoes were dry and not fresh. As of they are just microwaved. Simply just ask for another and that was all. but definitely coming back next time

Really nice place. Pretty interior, fun menu, great food and, best of all, great people that work there. Pleasant, upbeat, friendly and happy. Im thinking they got things right from the top on down because the place hums on all cylinders.

Good belgian waffles and eggs. Good coffee too for those of you that enjoy a good cup first thing in the morning.

The coffee was great, as was the versatile menu! They followed covid guidelines and were strict with waiting inside. We had to wait outside in the rain, but their popularity and the weather is not their fault! I would recommend.

In the morning we went there, in their menu it says fresh orange juice. When the girl was serving I said thats not fresh orange juice. She says it fresh. Fresh orange they took out from gallon/ canned. Very upsetting. We were hoping to get freshly squeezed orange juice.

Always great quality food. They should consider putting the tuna melt back on the menu, which was my favorite.

Not too bad, they need to improve on the coffees though.

We came here at 8:45 am and got our order in immediately - they told us the wait for the food might be 20-30 mins. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese and a Wilbur skillet. We waited for 20 mins and asked them if the food was ready yet, and they said they were making it now. Then another 10 minutes past, we asked them again and they were still “making it”. Then another 10 minutes past, they were packing it now. Then another 4 minutes past, they only have my Wilbur skillet and the bagels with cream cheese weren’t ready yet - does that make any sense? The bagels that you can toast it for 1 minute is not ready yet but the Wilbur skillet, one of the restaurant’s specialty, is already ready. The bagels was ready a few minutes later - this was about one hour after the order was in. Just to be fair, other people also had the same problem so it wasn’t just us.Anyway, the Wilbur skillet was not hot or even warm while the bagel is warmed and toasted.Overall we didn’t like the experience one bit.

First time to the long branch location.Breakfast was awesome! One thing I liked is that if you want coffee, they leave you a small pot . This way you don’t need to ask for more it’s there. Prolly good for 2-3 cups easy.We ate outside and enjoyed the view. We’re definitely coming back on our next beach visit.

Our waitress was excellent and attentive, the food was great, and we were given the whole back room to ourselves. It was nice to see COVID safety precautions being taken. Terrible food. Very dry and plain. Slow service, would not recommend this place ever, their glasses aren’t clean and there was something in our water. Watered down coffee and sugar is not sweet at all. Barely touched our food.

Great place for a delicious breakfast. All the food and fruit is very fresh. Coffees can be a little pricy but it comes in a serving size for about 3-4 cups. Out waiter was amazing. He was very kind and respectful and only visited the table sparingly to enure not to interrupt. Its best to go before 10 AM since after that time it starts to get quite busy, plus its free parking before 10 AM. 5 out of 5 starts will definitely be returning.
