We were looking for a specific whiteboard product to help us in our work with abused and neglected children. These particular whiteboards are integral to what we do and we could not find a replacement anywhere. The salesman on his own tracked down a previous version of the product that had not yet been sold out, which was ABOVE and BEYOND any other company we asked to help us find just one more unit, as the manufacture had discontinued the one we needed. Not only are their prices and shipping are the best their customer service is the gold standard. They caught a mistake I made by ordering duplicate parts that already came in the assembly i ordered when they were filling and shipping the order. They took the time to call me to ensure that was the case. Because of this they didnt charge me for the extra parts I ordered by mistake. I purchased the Solo 8+ document camera to replace my older Solo 8. I got good tech advice on what was new about the 8+. The price was affordable for me as a classroom teacher. It came very quickly, worked right out of the box (as did my old Solo 8). I like its slim design that I can pick up and move very easily, as well as the 15 foot cable I can use so Im not tied to a small space when using it.

The company lies to get you to order from them.I called TB on Tuesday morning to verify that they actually had the item in-stock and would ship out the same day. The customer service representative verified that they indeed had the item in stock and since it was early in the morning, it would ship out the same day, and I was told I could call back later in the day or the next morning to get the tracking number.On Wednesday I called to get the tracking number and got the run-around...oh the item is not actually in stock, we have a distributor that ships the item from their warehouse and it doesnt look like THEY shipped the item yesterday, but its in the shipping department so it will definitely go out today, so call back tomorrow for your tracking number.On Thursday, I let the customer service rep know that Im tired of the runaround and unless she has a tracking number for me, then she can just cancel the order. Of course, there were more excuses why it didnt get shipped, so I just cancelled the order.My first thought was to order this item from Amazon, but I actually believed TB when they told me they would ship same day. Never again.Placed the order with Amazon like I should have done in the first place.

Horrible experience with this company. Not a reliable company you want to do business with. They dont keep their promises, no remorse, very rude. They are unprofessional. They may be ok with retail for regular buyers but definitely dont risk your money and time if you are a school or business.

They emailed me, told me the item I ordered was out of stock and my order would be cancelled. I found it elsewhere and ordered it. They emailed me a day later saying they found the item and were shipping it out. I told them I didnt need it they told me too late it has been shipped already. Terrible service.

Horrible experience! Talked to at least 10 different people over 3 weeks just trying to get one piece that was missing in my order just to be told that their website was wrong and my order doesnt actually include that piece even though it was a table base and the piece missing was the support piece to make the table stand... Was going to order 20 more they lost my business.
