I couldnt be happier with my Bullet Liner. I would highly recommend using John Guire Supply for your bedliner. I could not imagine this process being any smoother. I originally wanted to use another company and their DOD certified product, but they mustve been too busy for my civilian project. So, I scheduled an appointment with John Guire Supply, as I had heard their commercials on local radio, and they were my original choice before I learned of the Armed Forces grade from the other guys. Perhaps security clearance is required to get a response from those guys? I emailed John Guire on Saturday and Brian got back to me. I was able to make an appointment for Wednesday. I ended up dropping my truck off on Monday afternoon because I wasnt sure if I could get it there on Tuesday. I got a message from Brian on Tuesday before lunch that my truck was ready. Funny thing is, I wasnt sure if I would be able to drop it off on Tuesday, but I certainly was able to pick it up. I couldnt wait to see it. I was not disappointed!!!!!

Went to 3 places for help choosing stone for our patio. Camilla here finally gave us the customer service and help we were looking for! we got more support in 5 mins here than we did in an hour at the other two places !

We ordered pavers, Camilla, the service rep. went out of her way to assist us in getting exactly what we needed, as they had just found out the style we wanted was going to be discontinued. She called the distribution center and was able to get our style and it will be delivered earlier than we expected. Very pleased.

Walked in today and it was clearly a busy time. I identified myself as a homeowner not contractor which in the past has gotten me completely blown off at other commercial supply houses. After a few clarifying questions I was directed to the Manager -Brian. He was clearly busy as he was constantly being called on by the staff but he spent lots of time helping me find the machine that would work best for me. He also gave me the best deal out of everyone even after I told him I didn’t need it for 30 days or so. He put it aside for me and told me he would deliver when I was ready. Ordered 2 sets Masterack rack and bins for my Transit vans, I talked to Brian. He helped me through the ordering process, treated me great and gave me a great price. When it was delivered to me I was met by their driver Steve who was very polite and he helped me unload his truck. He helped me stack several boxes deep in our garage. It has been a crazy winter and both My main snowblower went and my backup(small one) died. I called and had it picked up the next day, Tuesday, which was a week faster thn anywhere else. On wednesday I got a call that that it was done and would be dropped off today, Thursday. I am waiting but have no doubt all will be amazing. The speed of the service along with the friendly conversation while setting it up was what makes this so exceptional. I would recomend them to anyone!!!

Worked with the Director of Operations, Brian Kramer to have a Bullet Liner (Spray in Bedliner) installed in my new 2020 F-350. I had a fifth wheel hitch installed just the day before. The team carefully removed everything; sprayed the liner, the fifth wheel rails & re-installed everything perfectly. Excellent work, great price and a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend this business, trust their judgement and would most certainly do business with them again.

Picked up a Stihl chainsaw over the weekend from John Quire Supply. The lady(sorry I didnt catch her name) at the counter was very helpful. Ive used chainsaws for years but never owned a Stihl. Jim in the service department went over the saw with me as far as starting and care. The saw is great and the folks there are too. I will go back definitely.

I love John guire since I was a little kid! Celtic Concepts bought them out. They do a great job, the only flaw I have with them is that when I order parts for equipment I can never get them in time! The guys are not knowledgeable in the repair shop as far as everything else 100%!

John Guire supply is by far the best facility I have been too for my snow removal needs. They are on top of it all, with their speedy service to tremendous communication. The first time I visited this company I was immediately impressed with how clean and organized it was and how helpful the staff was. During this visit I was helped by Brian who took his time to show me commercial mower options and provided me with probably the best pricing and financing incentives that I have seen.Brian was not overbearing like most sales people that want to sell you something. He took a lot of time with me and made me feel like I wasn’t being rushed.I did end up purchasing a pre owned commercial mower from them which they serviced and made sure it was in good working order.
