Had a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Was very slow to respond but understand owner was out of town. Had a vehicle picked out and was gathering paperwork for Insight. Drove back from Montana to get paperwork over and they had sold the vehicle. Amazing that it took 3-4 days for progress to be made since owner was out of town but wouldn’t wait (or care to inform me) for me to drive back from Bozeman (10 hrs). Normally, would understand but when you are the reason for delays and I had to leave for family matters, don’t sell from underneath me. If the owner was in town the sale would have been completed prior to my departure.

We met the owner shortly after my husband had completed chemo. We were in the market for a new pickup. He not only brought us a vehicle to our home to try, when we decided we wanted it, he brought all paperwork to our home and even put the license plates on because my husband wasnt able. We love our new pickup! A few months later we decided to purchase a new car. Because we had such a great experience at Insight Automotive, we contacted the owner and found exactly what we were looking for again. He took our trade-in and handled the paperwork without any problems! Again, we were so impressed with our purchases, that we would never go anywhere else. We have also done all service needed, like tires and oil changes, at Insight Automotive. I call and make an appointment and have never had to wait. I would recommend Insight Automotive to anyone looking for a new vehicle or needing service on their vehicle.

What an amazing car buying experience! Scott personally stayed involved from the first email to the final signing for the purchase. I felt like I was buying from a family member. The car is pristine (my first corvette!) and he walked me through the features and a lot of history about Corvettes. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. Even if you don’t make a purchase, getting to meet Scott Middleton is worth your time! He is just a very nice knowledgeable person!

I was told it was not possible to change my oil without getting a new oil pan. I had them change out the oil pan, but the oil pan leaked. I brought it back, and they put another oil pan in. Again, I found out the oil pan leaked, which they had discovered. They didnt have one in stock so I drove home and tried to create an appointment. Scott told me his shop is closed, and would not take me. He told me to try taking it to a NAPA care center. I ended up taking it to a NAPA care center, and the shop said the oil pan was warped, and couldnt believe it was put on in the first place. Im now on my fourth oil pan in 15k miles. If the shop is closed, Im confused how it is even still open then.Insight also told me I had a bad power steering leak, so I trusted them, and had it fixed. I did not have problems with power steering before this, but now since its been fixed, I have issues with power steering. Ive had two shops tell me that I need the entire system replaced. The power steering was replaced a year ago, maybe less.10/10 would not recommend this place for car repairs. Ive burned through thousands of dollars on only faulty repairs.

They sold the car for more than I expected, and followed through with everything they promised. Very relaxed atmosphere as opposed to the high-pressure salesman at most dealerships. The owner might be the most pompous, arrogant, unscrupulous person I have ever had the misfortune to have dealt with. To say his business tactics are shady is as much as an understatement as to say Hitler was a painter who dabbled in politics. Id rather wear nose hair extensions on the red carpet than deal with him or his staff again.

The whole staff is very honest, hard working, friendly, and make sure you are happy. I will only take my cars here to have them worked on. I took one of our cars to Brakes Plus in Longmont, and they quoted me $1400 to fix it. The guys at Insight found out that what Brakes Plus said was totally inaccurate and fixed the problem for $250. Will give Insight all of my business from now on.

I would like to say that overall the experience was great. Everybody there were super friendly And helpful.

Everything great until.... I purchased a Ford Transit Van and everything checked out on the vehicle (test drive & an outside mechanic review), the process was simple and the staff was friendly. When I drove the van home I experienced a very violent shift when driving at high speeds. I took it to my hometown mechanic that I have worked with for over 15 years and he found the following: 1-the car had been in an accident and the bar that holds the radiator was bent 2-the violent shift I felt was the transmission free- wheeling and it needs a new transmission. 3-the tires on the back are a different size than the front (I was told at purchase that the reason the tire light was because he didnt have the tool to reset it). I have contacted the owner and he has offered suggestions for the problem, but none-the-less I have a list of problems and a quote of $3,500 to fix the problem. This dealer has a mechanic shop connected to his sale lot and it seems like these issues should have been discovered and brought to my attention prior to the sale.

The people were nice and friendly, however, I do not trust the quality of their vehicles. Bought 2 cars from them a month ago. One of them already has a $700 electrical problem. Which of course is not covered by their extended warranty we paid extra for. They charged $105 just to tell us about the problem. Dont even have our license plates yet and having problems! Will not buy another vehicle there. Hopefully both vehicles arent lemons

I bought a jeep there and i am very happy with it. Also had a starter put in my mini van. The service is great and i have`nt had a problem with either vehicle!
