Warning! I was lied to multiple times about my truck being painted yesterday. I understand that they are constantly under pressure from the insurance company about car rental lengths. They kept blaming the issue on running boards being damaged. Being honest is good customer service.

Update - Called as requested in the owners response, gave my personal information and never received a call back from a manager.Original review...Dropped off my car for an insurance estimate. The estimate sent to the insurance company was incomplete and my vehicle was left unlocked for several days in an open lot until picked up. I didnt get the impression these guys really wanted to fix my vehicle or that they would do quality / complete work if they were allowed to work on it.
