Awesome customer service!!! Received help from CiCi, at the parts counter. She was determined to find what I needed, even if her store did not have/carried said part. She found it in Utah, placed order, but really took the time to ensure I had everything I needed. She definitely went above and beyond. Needed new wipers as the weekend set rain fall records Sat the 18th & Sunday 19th inPortland and was pretty heavy here in LV..So I went back to the parts counter and asked if they had wipers for rigI didnt want expensive ones as Im going to sell it here in a couple months. He said he would have to order the cheap ones. The rain was coming so I bit the bullet and I asked will you put them on. He said sure it was a slow day. I hadnt even finished paying for them yet and he came through the door and said your all good.Thats why I gave 5 stars. Quick and easy..

One man went out of his way to help me find because other employee was clueless. Prices r good.

The customer service was awful. I ordered a part online to pick up, I’m not sure how long I stood there waiting to be Acknowledged, but it was extensive. I was the only customer in the store, standing right in front of at least 4 employees, clearly trying to get assistance, but nobody really cared. Of course after all that, I did not even get the right part. I do not even want to go back and return or exchange it at that particular store, I’ll maybe try a different one, see how that goes.

They had in stock the speciality tool I needed. Call around and theyre the only store that had one.

My favorite parts store was Napa until Longview. They are very unaccommodating and fail in even the simplest things. PUIRIs Mobile Auto Detailing will no longer keep open accounts at this establishment. Gunners and Baxters are going to keep our fleet in parts.

Could be better and could be a lot worse. They have a lot of stuff on the shelf, a lot of parts in the store room, but people cut in front of you *RUDE* and the staff thinks nothing of it. They have a variety of common Commercial Truck things as well but not the most pleasant staff working there.

Today in the pouring rain my dads car battery decided to die! After waiting on hold for 1 hour to AAA and another 2 hours for a tow truck we decided to call Napa Auto Parts to buy a car battery.(Right across the street from us) Brittany told me they could send someone with a jump box over to get us started. Great! I called Tripple A to cancel the road service which was still 29 minutes out. In about 15 minutes Dan, from Napa, came with the jump box. The battery was so drained the jump box wasnt enough power. Dan left and came back with his own truck and jumper cables and got us started. We followed Dan back to Napa where the battery was checked. We did not need a new battery yet. There was no pressure to buy anything, however, we were ready to buy whatever we needed to get that car started. Napa is our store now. Thank you Brittany and Dan for going above and beyond what anyone could expect.

Napa is a great place to get parts

Came in looking for a specific tool. It wasnt out on the floor so Carter (mullet guy) started helping me. He was calling around everywhere and was determined to hook me up. We almost gave up when he realized there was one in the system. So he took extra time to track it down and he pulled through! Good guy, I will ask for him next time I go in.

Ill never come back to this place! Something as simple as an alternator was something these guys couldnt seem to figure out! Went to OReillys immediately after and got the correct part the first try and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! A far cry from NAPA!!!! Do they hire intelligent life at NAPA at all?

Newer building, nice new parking lot, easy to find along Tenant Way. Helpful staff, and lots of available parts. Good inventory here.

Extremely patronizing. Grabbed a basket, the salesclerk asked Oh, your husband sent you on a shopping spree? While checking out, same person, Is your husband going to add this for you?Okay, last I checked its 2017. Women have opposable thumbs, and we can read. We can figure out how to add diesel fuel additives, and we can also do it without getting permission from our husbands. I ended up returning the item because I really dont want to support a company that treats women like theyre lesser, more incapable versions of their male peers.Upon confronting salesclerk, she said that she was just trying to be overly helpful, that lots of women come in who have lost their husbands and are doing this for the first time. So she tries to compensate by being extra helpful.Okay, so I *was* right- She was just stereotyping every woman who came in as someone who was in dire need of help.Anywho, after I returned the item, I went to my locally owned auto parts store and I was treated fairly and without a single whiff of patronizing sexism. Plus theyre going to order my trucks oil filters- all done without even mentioning my marital status.

Found me the right parts this time exchanged for the wrong ones my coworker grabbed off the shelf last week. I even forgot the receipt. All I had to do was show what I wanted and pull out the card. Good business I will say.

I came into their store with a ton of questions, Mr lemhigh literally helped me to the end with every issue and scenario on how they could help. And he did, I got my headlights kit, brushes, polishes, he spent way more time than any of the other auto parts store a in my experience to make sure I was completely taken care of. I didnt get the feeling like I had from other places bcuz they just wanna get ur money And u on your was asap. They were busy, I left empty handed after trying a few times to get some help with oil. Just needed 5 30 non synthetic. Every brand on the shelf was gone that I could find. But like I said could not get anyone to help me.
