Your level of service kind of depends on which person helps you.One will go out of his way to understand your need & go above and beyond(must be owner?) The other person(Employee?) Not so much.I always make an attempt to purchase locally to support businesses in our region.Sure you can find everything you need online but what happens when you order a 45lb winch off Amazon & after installing you discover it’s defective? There’s some products I’d rather see & touch and buy in person.I’ll continue to make purchases at the toy store with a preference of dealing with the owner.

Great service and great work. Was vert straight forward with costs and procedures. I had a minor leak in somewhere on my hardtop convertible and he fixed it within a day. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respectful to younger customers.

Took my Jeep to them for work on the wiring. I’ve installed fuel injection which has its own wiring harness and computer. As a result, there’s a bunch of ‘left over’ wires that no longer serve a purpose. I asked that they go through the wiring and remove everything that is no longer needed. I was very clear about that. Even called after dropping it off and asked that they not remove the single 12 volt lead for a winch that came with the fuel injection kit. I also told him to go ahead and remove all the wiring for the AC as I plan to remove it. I was very clear I didn’t want the wires just cut out rather removed and ‘done right.’ At no time did they mention they had no intention of removing a single wire! All they did was put the wires in those corrugated plastic split wire covers and tie wrap everything up. When I saw it I kept telling him that’s not what I asked for he just kept saying he didn’t want to remove anything I might need later. I could have easily done the work they did in 2-3 hours. 4 hours at the VERY most and they charged me for 7 hours labor! Basically, they lied to me then ripped me off. I regret ever doing business with this place and suspect you will too.

A simple job of installing a rear sliding window turned into a 2 month hassle! They admitted to tearing up the trim on my truck after I found the damage they did during the install. I stopped by 7 times to see if they had found a replacement and always was told they just didnt have time to follow up. I saw that they had no intension of repairing the damage so I had to hunt down the part myself.I will do the install.... I wouldnt let these clowns touch my truck again no matter what!!!These guys are worse than a high school shop class! Dont take a chance, go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!

The only place in Longview I trust to do my vehicles window tinting. Have used them in the past, and am having them do my Tahoe currently
