I needed 7 1/8 yards of (expensive) quilted fabric to back the quilt top I had completed. I asked for the yardage to be cut in three equal pieces on their large cutting tables to make it easier for me to sew them together. I was informed they could cut the pieces but they would have to charge me separately for each, which meant my discount coupon would only apply to 1/3 of my total yardage. I was then informed that if I tried to return the fabric it would be difficult to resale. I asked if I could sign something saying I agree to not return the fabric, I was told no because the store had experienced a problem with a return in the past. In the end I did not buy the expensive fabric I wanted because there wasnt enough of it. I have been a decades long regular customer to this store. I wont go back there.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lines can sometimes be a bit long. They have really increased their cosplay fabric selection.

Holy cow! When the business name says fabrics they mean it! Literally half of the store is dedicated to fabric. It was an easy place to shop as well. The staff was helpful and courteous. I will return for sure

I wish there was a selection of eucalyptus and dried flowers and the prices were very high although there were alot of 40 to 70 percent off signs. There was a restroom and the location is very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cool stuff that you dont see everywhere, lots of arts and crafts supplies... Some items like toys and games youre better off buying somewhere else, way over priced. $17 bucks for a Rubiks cube, nearly$40 for Jenga!!😯

I love Jo-Anns! The prices are competitive with Michaels arts and crafts and childrens items but overall with their coupon sales and 50% off seasonal items they are awesome. Customer service is good and they have some unique difficult to find items compared to other stores. I enjoy the large selection of material, frames, paints& the clearance section.

I love this place & can spend all day lost wandering looking at all the new items they get in. I get so much inspiration when Im here & wasnt too buy everything! Its a good things that they have good sales often. The yarn selection is my favorite by far 🙌 & their customer service is always amazing!

The employees are very knowledgeable and very patient when it comes to 1st time crafters like me. The app is an exceptional bonus to have. I recommend adding it to your phone.

It depends on who is working. Some workers are GREAT and others not so great. It has a nice fabric selection and a smaller selection of an assortment of other craft types. Its good for yarn craft, paper crafting, limited painting, limited jewelry making and has a small kids craft section. So if you are interested in any of those then definitely check it out. Their coupons make it very easy to save money.

JoAnn’s is great! I always find good quality quilting fabric at a great price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Has great deals but the customer service there is terrible. The employees will argue with you over what coupons you can use swearing that they exclude your items. I read through all coupons prior to using them and their machines will decline ones that dont apply but apparently the cashier believes she knows best. Always. Its ridiculous. I have to call over a manager to use my coupons and my rewards points from their loyalty program EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you dont want to work there or treat customers properly then find another job. Its that simple. Thank you.

Im met the store manager today I was trying to be more crafty :) . What a sweetheart!! she helped me find everything I needed and a little extra. We talked sewing machines, grandmas and little project to do around the house. She was so sweet and fun to talk to. Even offered to let me bring in a sewing machine and get help learning to use it. I told her about a blanket I wanted to make. I was nervous because I didnt think Id be able to do it. She simplified it for me, showed me an even easier way to make it, without having to do all the steps that Google is trying to walk me through. I will definitely drive out of my way to shop at this Joann because she was so sweet to me. Thank you so much for all your help! you will definitely be seeing me again! Joanns has a great selection, but the last time I was in there I was treated very rudely. I would leave a one star review based on my experiences there, but many of my female relatives love the place. I think its safe to say it is great for women, but not for men.

We have to wear masks and stay 6 feet apart to go into joanns. Do joanns should make sure their staff does too. The man cutting fabric should have his mask at least above his upper lip.

The store is always clean. The folks that work there have always been very helpful. If I have a question that they cannot answer, they will find someone how can give me an answer. I appreciate the order online and store pickup option. I recommend them regularly to my friends and family.

With such an overwhelming inventory its hard to find what youre looking for, but everyone who works there is always willing to help you find what you need. And if the first person you ask isnt sure where it is, they arent too proud to ask for help from someone who does.

Love the people, love the products, really have to pay attention to their ads and what they charge at checkout. The wording they use in ads is typically very limiting, or occasionally very vague, but usually seems to be misleading. I’ve seen a lot of people at the checkout counter who are surprised to find the item they wanted to get on sale is not included or the coupon they planned to use “doesn’t apply”. I gotta get what I gotta get but the old “Let the buyer beware” is my go to phrase here.

Not sure if short handed or if employees just didnt want to work. Waited 25 minutes for someone to come help get some material off top shelf and ladder blocking walkway. Decided to get something else, but still took forever in line at checkout. People were leaving because it was taking so long.Giving 1 star because you have to!

They have some good sales going on in the very back isle, and right now they also have loads of xmas stuff on sale! Crafting at its finest! ;)

Nice store. Definitely not cheap though. Youd find cheaper prices at other stores, however, if youre looking for certain extravagant fabrics... Youll only find them here... That Ive found anyway. But paint brushes and knitting tools and books are costly

It has a lot of things I like however it has a very unfriendly staff which makes me uncomfortable . The clerks seem to follow the customers and watch them from the other isles. To the extent that I will not tolerate it and I wont go back there ever.

Even though this is the smallest JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts I have been in, it still has a lot to offer and a decent fabric selection. The only draw back is the length the line can grow. I cannot imagine it during the holidays.

The best crafts supply for so many crafts! The people who work there are nice, too, which always makes a big difference. No question, the best range of yarns and fabrics of any of the chain stores. And beads, jewelry, art supplies, wood items to decorate, and more.

Longview store was great! Spent to much money there, but the people working there were friendly and helpful.

They have most things you might need for any craft, but we were looking for more decorating ideas for birthday cakes so will have to look to other resources.

Not my favorite Joann Fabric but it was really messy on this last visit with fabric in stacks everywhere. Very visually overwhelming. I know its because it is a small store but still - ugh.

If you need some fabric this is as good a place as any to get it! As with many stores of this type, its a bit crowded and overflowing inside, which sometimes makes it hard to find specific items but staff generally are helpful and able to point you in the right direction.

Worst Joanns Ive ever been to. This store was a hot mess. The yarn department had large bins of yarn that were all different kinds and colors all tossed in together. I had to go through all of them just to find four skeins that were all alike. The staff was also thoroughly unhelpful.
