Was given $100 credit after getting 20yds of there STA compost. Complained of shredded plastic bags, and now have found even more hard plastic bits and broken glass. They want to make it right, come pick it up!

I called a little after 3pm on a Saturday and Vic answered the phone with such enthusiasm. He recommended the soil I would need for my flower bed and the price, and when I explained I lived almost an hour away and wouldnt be there until close to their closing time at 5, he said Come on down! I made the trip and when I met Vic, he asked if I was the lady that called. I shook his hand, and told him that he was truly awesome on the phone and his happy attitude is the reason I drove an hour to get my dirt. They made a customer for life. I will continue to drive there for all my yard projects in the future.

I purchashed shavings for a stall today and couldnt be happier! They loaded my Dodge ram short bed, with some sideboards I threw together and they had me loaded with cost calculated, for payment, in no time at all. Helpful staff and the best prices around! I just found out this is the best way to transport termites, and fly ants (*those huge ones) into your property which can nest very quickly around your home and making almost if not impossible for even a exterminator to get rid off. So no more for us. 😬

They took the time to ask questions and give great advice the first time we went in and even though we did not buy anything they were so helpful. I went there to purchase a 5 gallon bucket of rocks. Not just any rocks though, I paint rocks and hide them for others to find or I trade them. The man who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to pick through mounds of rock to find exactly the ones I wanted. I will definitely go there again.

About a year ago, I ordered 5 yards of bark dust from these guys. He showed up with about half of that! I called and talked to Dion, and she said it had been weighed. To those of you who dont understand this, a cubic yard is VOLUMETRIC, not WEIGHT! They ripped me off and all she could tell me was that is was weighed! I ordered by the YARD...pinheads who dont know how to sell legally. Expect to get less than you plan for with these guys. A YARD is not the same as a TON!!!
