Excellent service! From the first phone call to driving away, this shop’s crew was was great to work when I needed to replace my marine batteries! I had no idea what was needed for my ski boat. Brian got up in the boat, changed out the batteries and was very helpful with any questions. I pulled out of their business super happy! Thank you for making the process so easy!

Wonderful people there, very helpful.They charged the lithium batteries for my van solar setup, when I didnt have enough sun. They even had a lithium charger for sale, which will be very handy to have as a backup.

I cannot say enough positive things about United Battery! Bryan was awesome. My wife was driving through Longview from out of State when her alternator gave out on the van. Bryan and another co-worker stayed late waiting for the tow truck to bring in the vehicle. They had a new alternator installed and the vehicle up and running the next morning for an incredibly reasonable price. I normally never post reviews, but these guys were rock stars!!!!

They didnt take all my batteries like advertised. Smaller ones they said they would just take as a donation. I would have gone somewhere where I could have gotten cash if informed properly. There website is misleading and not accurate. Costing me time and money instead of getting paid the full amount I was led on to

Great customer service, had what I needed and even put the battery in for me.

Brian and his team at the Longview location were super nice and went above and beyond. I had no problem when I needed to use the warranty on two items and it turned out to be a different issue in the end. They replaced my battery and alternator when it turns out it’s was my PCM affecting the other parts in the system. And while Brian was at it he tightened a leaky radiator hose. These are great guys.
