When they first opened in 2020 i was interested but the cats are weird .can’t think of the guy name but it got to point where I felt like I was hostage and couldn’t leave because the guy kept trying to force a deal. That made it worst because honestly those cars have to many miles for the price they wanted . One of the workers ended up calling telling me he apologize for how the one salesman was acting and to keep looking elsewhere. So what do that tell

For one its highway robbery. .Ive had this broke down expedition nearly a year .ok seriously the bluebook was like 4somen man they got me paying 10 Gran. On something I cant drive. It stays broke, cause I cant get ahold of anyone to get it in the shop. Bumer to number warrenty.were, when can I use that ..give me my money back an come get this piece of...still got paper plates on. ..I mean how backed up are u really

HORRIBLE place to get a vehicle from. This is the second one since August 2, 2021. They required full coverage before leaving the lot. Now I see why. First one being a 2015 Dodge Journey that had a horrible exhaust leak they promised to fix. 3 days later the motor locked up. $200 for them to take it to the shop. After paying a $250 car note. $1500 was a down payment. After all the stuff we had to go thru it ended up being $2170 total they took from us. Se was a 2007 Honda Odyssey, we have had for maybe a week. Everytime we get in it it has to be jumped off, the battery was leaking acid and had a rotten smell to it. We tried jumping it off today and NOTHING. Just smoke. today we demanded it get towed off of our property due to the transmission slipping. It wouldn’t go in reverse and Max at east texas auto just shrugs it off as if it’s nothing. Keep in mind we have 4 small children. ZERO STARS. We also have a lawyer out of Texarkana working a case for these scammers and the OWNER DAVID.

These people are crooks. I would give them zero starts. They took over 4500 of our money and refused to fix the problems car had that their salesman promised us before we signed. And lied to us about the price and tacked on 4000 more after we signed making our vehicle costing way more than it was worth

Started out great and then they changed fiance company. Now everyone doesnt know nothing and how to help. Tried getting in touch with the gm but nothing. At this point ready to take my loss and give up. Never recommend this company to anyone.

This was the worst experience ever...The cats that are sold her are very old, and have no quality to them..I bought a car 30 days later it broke down, when I asked about the warranty it was nothing they covered yet they assured me it had warranty....Im a mother of 4 with no car now and they just dont care at all or try to fix the problem they actually make it seem like its your fault 😅.Overall this place need stop be honest on what they are saleing and thats called Lemon cars.

These people are scandalous. All the info was put in my sons name and Jeremy Washington put that he works for his dad because he knew his dad when in all actuality my son has no job his dad lives in a different state. I paid $1000 down, Jeremy said I could get my deposit back on Monday but when Monday came Jeremy was a nobody and didn’t have the authority to approve such when in fact he is part owner.

This place is horrible dishonest customer service is terrible they rip of hard-working people and a liar don’t take your money they’re bad bad people they don’t deserve any stars at all

Very horrible.. although I must say they do have great customer service, but they cars are not worth anything all! they are torn down and old and not worth the money that they want

A friend Amanda bought a car from East Texas Auto Group put down $4000 has never been late she pays a month early. Her SUV broke down and they told her they sold her lease to a company & they will not help her out. She has n past 6 months spent over $2000 over paying her payments on repairs she has done to SUV. After going up their and waiting for over a hour before someone talked to her, they said if she towed it there they would after checking it out. Will put her in another vehicle.If I wanted a vehicle I would make sure to have a mechanic come check it out before signing any contract.
