They have great staff. I received the best phone service from the girl who helped me. She went above and beyond to get my new phone going.Thankful
They are rude and i did not get the monthly plan I paid for and they told me it was a mistake they made but they could not do anything about it or reimburse me and they snatched my card out my hand for my payment and they didn’t know I comprehend Spanish
My boyfriend and I made the switch to Verizon and I have loved it ever since you can talk and search the web at the same time. We might pay more than what we were paying at Boost but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!! Also the representative at Verizon Was very nice and made sure that the choice of phone was what we wanted and that it fit our every need . Also if you do a family plan at Boost mobile each line has their own account number which they don’t tell you that. I’ve been loving my service ever since can talk anywhere with unlimited talk text and data and not worry about dropping calls where boost always dropped them... Y’all enjoy your bottom of the barrel service..

Boost is by far the BEST cell phone company. Their plans beats everyone by a long shot. I get unlimited talk text and data PLUS 12 gigs of hotspot. The service representatives are also the best! They helped get us switched over without any issues.
I was given a sim card from another boost store that wasnt working properly in my phone, so I go to this store to have it replaced and they charge me $10 for it. I dont understand having to pay for their companys employees mistake. I am switching to Verizon
Terrible customer service. The woman that assisted us was very rude and not very helpful at all. Went in to switch over from Metro PCS, and needless to say Im still with Metro PCS. I wish she had been wearing a name tag, but unfortunately she wasnt. Very disappointed.
I moved to gukmer, tx and I dont have service here and I have been with boost like 8yrs never missed a payment.. I have insurance on my phone well needless to say I dropped it now they charging me 175 for a deductable.. Anyways with no service accept in town.. so I put 75 dollars in my account for roaming and it will never work..They took that money also so I am not happy at all
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Store was completely empty except for CSR for Boost drinking her Red Bull and slurping out Ramen cup.She didn’t know the answer to anything I ask. I firmly believed I was bothering her, so off about town I skipped. Thanks - But no thanks
