This place is super modern, loved it! They make their own syrups in house, and they are so good! The customer service is excellent! Atmosphere is great; perfect place to go study or meet up with friends. Highly recommend!! Yuletide latte is delicious!

My husband had a stroke and is a little self conscience in public, he had ask me to take him to the new Starbucks on Hwy 80 and I said absolutely not and after a minute I remembered the Silver Grizzly, we drove over there to get him a cappuccino.Now I am not a coffee person and I know very little about these great different kinds...the young lady taking our order was so sweet with my husband, and he was very comfortable with her! We didnt know what to order and he said just make him something, she did and he loved it!!! He had a second one. We went back the next day, we had not gotten the name of what was served to him the day before and that young lady was not there, however there was another young lady who is just as sweet and wonderful as the first one, we told her we didnt remember what he had the day before so he told her to just surprise him, it was just as good as the other one he had, we sat while I took care of some paperwork and he say and enjoyed his coffee and chocolate chip cookie.We will continue to go there for special coffee!!! Thank you employees of Silver Grizzly for being so terrific!!!

This shop knows coffee. The cold brew was bright and bursting with flavor. One of the best cold brews Ive had. Their Chai Lattes are also pretty good. Would definitely go again.

Their caramel latte was delicious, just the right amount of sweetness to bitter. I usually like to pair my coffee with something sweet to add a little more sweetness to my morning coffee, but it wasnt needed. It was delicious the way it was!I ordered an apple tart, it was so good! Nice flaky, buttery crust, just the right amount of apples, I shouldve gotten another one to go.Place is hip, new, clean and big. A nice spot to have a cup of coffee with some friends and gossip for hours haha. Service was good.Tip: when youre done, they have a sink where you can take your dirty dishes and mugs to be washed.

This is my absolute favorite place to meet with friends or study! The quiet back room and chai lattes literally pulled me through Calculus.

Had coffee, espresso and quiche delivered via grubhub this AM. Great food, great beverages. Will order here again. Only thing I couldnt find was how to add cream and sugar to the order.

I love this shop’s layout, location, service, and vibe. They serve coffee from Onyx Coffee Lab and Porch Culture Coffee Roasters. They pull a mean espresso, brew a tasty filter coffee, and throw down a great latte art event. Plus they have some local beers on tap! Keep up the excellent coffee scene here in East Texas!

This was my first time visiting and they definitely did not disappoint. The only thing Im sorry about is waiting so long to try it. The barista was very knowledgeable and recommended several things based on what I told her I did and did not like. The atmosphere was cal m and and comforting. I can see this being a great place to study or even have a business meeting. I also enjoyed that the brownie/cookie was not just thrown in a microwave it was I think put in a toaster oven which definitely gave it a different taste and it was phenomenal.

The people are super nice and the Chai is great! One of my favorite places to hangout.

Always get a cappuccino or a latte here. I accidentally spilled my hot drink. The workers were great! Cleaned up the spill and asked if I was okay. Thankfully it didnt spill too much. Its always a great environment. Love their cookies! Will definitely return!

Went on a rainy day. The atmosphere was comfortable, though being inside of a modern exposed architecture room. The service was great and my vinnilla bean latte was good.

The top coffee shop in all of East Texas by far. They roast their own beans so you know its fresh and they staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile.Even if you dont stop by, order some of their coffee online! You wont regret it!

Beans were roasted right, shots pulled well, and milk / foam done perfectly.Place is big, nice, and chill. Great vibes. The Grizzly Cafe is the best cafe I have been to (and that includes Starbucks)! It has a lovely space and I absolutely LOVE its chill vibes. This is the perfect place to hang out with friends or study. And the coffe and hot chocolate are absolutely TO DIE FOR! The staff is EXTREMELY nice and caring, they are always making sure you enjoy your drink.

Second time here in less than 12 hours. A nice craft beer nightcap yesterday evening. A nice cortado and pour over this morning. Knowledge of staff about their product is amazing. The space is a perfect combination of closeness and openness.

I love the Silver Grizzly. The coffees, beers, and snacks are great! The last time my coffee was tepid instead of hot, but usually they are spot on. My mom loved her coffee too.

This was my first time visiting Longview, Texas. The friend I was traveling with highly suggested Silver Grizzly Espresso. The interior was expertly designed, creating a warm and comfortable space to work, connect and enjoy a beverage. The staff engaged me right away with a friendly and warm smile. I had a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. It was a perfectly handcrafted drink. If you are ever in Longview, you must stop by the Silver Grizzly!!

I stopped here to grab a coffee a few months back before jury duty and really enjoyed my experience! Coffee drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is great. The baristas are friendly and if you don’t know what you want, they give good suggestions. The pastries and foods they had presented looked delicious! I hope to drop by there again soon!

This place is incredible. Really great atmosphere, lots of windows with a lot of light. Really big place, not like Starbucks. And they serve local coffee and local pastries. I really love this place and the service is very friendly.

I asked the barrista (because I could not remember if the Cappuccino had more foam or the latte) and she said they are basically the same. I said, I know one has a bigger cap than the other and she said, no, they dont they are pretty much the same... so... with that said, I can get a london fog. They typically have a decent assortment of breakfast options (rolls, oatmeal) unless you are looking for keto or paleo, then maybe quiche will get you thru. I do like the late hours and they have managed to stay open during this Covid crisis when ☆Bucks does not have dine in and has not always been open. I prefer to support my local coffee company anyway.

First time in Longview but here for a few days and I forgot my coffee maker so I just searched coffee thinking they were 3 minutes away. This place is adorable. Real laid back atmosphere, clean minimal style with a great latte. If they were in Dallas Id definitely kick it there on a regular.

I have only been here once, but what struck me immediately was the space. It is so open and comfortable. Nothing like what I am uses to seeing in the big chain coffee shop. It was so easy to sit and talk without feeling crowded.

Nice espresso and a good place to sit down and do some work. Very clean and friendly, and I appreciate that they offer decaf espresso as well.

As a tourist I enjoyed the quietness and laid back atmosphere. My fiance and I stopped because of all the outstanding reviews. It was extremely clean and the stools were comfy. By no means were we rushed at all. However, I felt like I was bothering the two ladies at the counter. It could of been just me, but he noticed it too. The bathrooms were immaculate. They even had a baby changing table with a spare diaper and sanitary napkins. That alone was pretty amazing! The cost was a little high, but just passing through I had to try.

The Silver Grizzly is an expansive and diverse space that is filled with natural light - a perfect study spot for college students.Bridge 281, a formidable competitor, does not offer the relatively early open hours that this pleasant hangout locale offers.I ordered, and am impressed with, their Blue Crane herbal tea.Their menu has plenty of options, and everyone I know who has been here loves their foods and drinks.
