I mainly go into the shop for the collectible Funko. The employees are very respectful and helpful. Tiny store so may feel like a tight squeeze to a certain person.

Ever wonder what its like to think you are gonna get some games but then have everything be out of stock? Then shop Longview gamestop! Who in there right mind would plaster store shelves with product that they dont actually have in stock. This is a store of lies and false hope that will only try to comfort you by graciously asking if you want the game shipped, instead of realizing that if I wanted to wait to play a game, that I would have ordered it cheaper elsewhere online. The store has gone down hill, and its hard to support a store in my own hometown, that doesnt even respect the community that it peddles to. Dont bother

Super helpful, very fast and efficient! Endlessly patient with the very loud lady that had 3 kids that she wouldnt stop criticizing, all while answering all of the kids questions.

They all are wonderful that work there love them all amazing kids.

Good 👍 group of young people running our local Game stop and very knowledgeable about gaming.

The guy was answering the phone calls verses helping the customers IN store. 2 customers in the store and it took him 10 minutes to help either of us.

Employees are always super helpful. They are humble with there knowledge and answer questions efficiently. The senior employees (the employees Ive seen there for years) know there industry very well and are able to make on point recommendations.

This place has amazing customer service. The young men and women working here are always super helpful when I go in to buy gaming stuff for my kids. They also have amazing warranties! Easy returns, you name it.

A small branch of the popular game franchise store, it is a good store and had great staff that were willing to help out their customers. They even gave their own opinion of their products, only issue is the small amount of space and hard time locating certain games and accessories.

This place is great before Christmas I bought some used wii games and after Christmas is when we realized my kids already had 1 of the games and another game the disc was destroyed unplayable. Today we went in and I was able to get full refund back. Instead we got some more games of course absolutely Love this place

They have good games not the best they are good for a small store i know that there ar emore gamestops and they are not as small as i am stating but i believe they may like any bussiness become the next walmart.soon they may sell food to make more money.

I had gone here to purchase some xbox currency for my brother and they accidently gave me ps4 currency. However. I shouldve checked before i left. I didnt notice till an hour later. I agree with many people who have reviewed this game stop, yes the staff is friendly and the lines do move fast. However, you should be aware that just because they are nice and the lines are fast it doesnt account for the horrid trade in values. Game Stop offers cash and credit however, you will always get more credit than you do cash, I remember many years ago when the original Crackdown was new, I inquired how much I could get in credit for the game and I was told that I could get nearly $45, I brought the game in the next day to be given $15 credit.I was confused as to the reason why and they told me that the games value dropped drastically because the Halo 3 Beta ended the night before. They base the trade in values on items that people may not know about. I suggest that if you want to get rid of your games, go to facebook. There are many game trading pages in Cowlitz County, youll get better deals then you would if you dealt with GS.There has been a total of three times that I purchased a game from Game Stop only for it to not work, each time they did take it back, thats a positive.Pro: Lines move fastPro: Employees are courteousPro: They do accept returnsCon: Game trade in values horribly skewed and based on factors that arent shared with the public.3 out of 5 stars
