Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when people get rude with them over the masks. Cashiers are super friendly, and helpful. Lots of clothing to look at. Some days they have little furniture, and other days they have more than plenty! I love looking at the books and DVDs here! Make sure to bring your own mask! Unfortunately they have run out due to people not bringing their own.

Ms Ebbie is the nicest cashier here in this location she always so nice and polite. I come with my wife, she comes alone sometimes and always finds good stuff. The only thing i can say is prices have been going up a lot especially when your trying to buy secondhand for your growing children that outgrow clothes fast.

Requires a mask which I absolutely don’t mind complying with if need be but they don’t have any masks to offer you for free or for purchase. Being in Texas not many establishments require a mask therefore I don’t have any. If you’re going to require masks then have them readily available.

Every thing is donated but you want to enforce wearing a mask ! Dont make sense to me at all ..Is everything be wash and sanitized???

I usually love Goodwill, but the clothing section is so disorganized it was hard to find anything. Ive never been to a thrift store where there wasnt a designated plus size section, which meant I had to try and sort through thousands of clothing items to try and find my size. Its a poor use of my time, sadly, and I probably wont be back. The cashier was very friendly and sweet, though!

Wish they had more old electronics like the other thrift stores.

Was in store on 11/13/2020. Front cashier was amazing, helpful. My daughter and I usually drop a big amount when shopping. She was looking at attic console stero. The Mgr that was there told her he didnt have time to stand there and mess with it. Then I was waiting to use the bathroom and had just asked if it was ok to use mens. When the employee came out and said I work here all day I have to go sometimes n e. I said I wasnt complaining. She said I have to go at some point. That was twice within about 30 minutes someone in that store was rude. I told my daughter I wasnt buying any of the stuff I had in the buggy. Told cashier sorry she had to put it all back. And we left

This must be the worst Goodwill store Ive ever ben at. Ive lived in many states and have always gone to Goodwill. This place hardly has anything in it because the donations are sitting outside in the weather. The clothing items are mixed between mens and womens clothes in areas so you cant find anything. The donation area thats a whole other story. Donations are left out in the weather, no one to help unload the vehicles, very dirty because donations are just left outside. I really wonder if anyone works there. They really need new management. Dont waste your time going here until things turn around and new management gets there.

Although mostly clothes here, there were some other things of interest too with decent prices. The staff was friendly enough, store was very organized, and had plenty of parking space.

Someone posted that The Goodwill, Longview, store only has a few items, not much choice. Thats not true. On my visit I counted over 38 long racks of clothing, shoes, and house hold items. I picked up a fine swede coat for ten dollars. You cant top that W___Mart. So check out our local Goodwill Store. The staff is very helpful.

Half the stuff doesnt have a tag and they cant sell it if it doesnt have a tag. So why is it out on the rack then?

The prices here just keep going up & up! These are donations..but they put close to brand new item price tags on everything..even older junky stuff.

Horrible customer service. I understand youre getting paid minimum wage, but customer service is everything. I will not return. The girl who was checking me out did not once look at me, never said anything, but she was all in her phone. I was going to ask for a manger but I was in a rush. If you dont like your job find another one! I am a store manager and will never let my associates let my customers feel like how I felt. Manager you need to work on your team. One thing I will say was that it was neat and clean.

I hadnt been there since they re-did the inside, so I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the interior was. I also like their system of displaying prices on a sign rather than with individual price tags. But that brings me to my one disappointment. On my last visit, I needed to buy some pants for my six-month-old daughter. I thought Id pay 50 cents or $1 a pair, as infant pants brand new at Target cost $5. However, they are selling USED infant clothes for $1.99 per item, which is a touch unreasonable.

After having called on my way to the store to make sure I could drop off a donation, the same employee who told me yes over the phone refused to accept my donation because they like to leave early. Then I was told that I could try again tomorrow. My donation will now be going to a different organization.

Prices have gone up to full retail and they are not doing any more to help people in need. Go ahead and delete your mission statement as it is no longer applicable. Goodwill is taking advantage of peoples charitable nature and people within the organization are getting rich while people they are supposed to be helping are struggling! Shame on all of you!Also, I will not be donating to Goodwill in the future and I encourage others to take their donations elsewhere.

A lot of good stuff and the staff was very nice.

My mom went into this store and saw a bed frame she wanted. No signs of it being sold already or anything. Talked to employees and was told it was available. She purchased it and went home, planning to pick it up within a couple of days since she was in a car and my stepdad was working.However, she was called back that evening and told that it was a mistake and it was already sold. Then they told her that she wouldn’t be able to get a refund, only in store credit. It’s a joke! If you sell something (and you made the mistake), you should give a refund!Instead you’d rather argue and talk about your store policy. It’s also not store policy to sell an item twice and act like everything’s okay. It’s sad, because I haven’t had problems with this store before. But it’s all about customer service and how you treat someone. Especially someone who is handicap like my mom. I’ll just avoid this store at all cost, don’t know why it’s so hard to have good customer service anymore.

Pricing is way to high. Asking $1 for each cassette of a pack of 30 cassette is ridiculous!! That pkg was only $25 brand new 15 years ago. When things are donated to help others it is sad to Goodwill is choosing to take advantage of buyers. This is why no one likes to go there or donate anymore to Goodwill.
