I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Under the Pecan Tree. I hit them with several orders over the last 2 months, and they went well beyond my expectations. The custom shirt orders with all of the additional artwork were perfect and so soft. The pricing couldnt be beat by anyone locally either. I would highly recommend them for any promotional work.

Took in a graduation stole to be personalized. They made a mistake by putting what was supposed to be on the right side, on the left. After pointing it out to them I was met with an attitude instead of an apology. I did receive a refund, however it is highly unprofessional to become angry at a customer for your own mistake. The purpose of this review is to be constructive, no ill will here.

I can’t believe I never left a review for this outstanding company. Have used them a few times over the years. They have always been very professional and polite. The quality of their work has always been top notch. They take their time making sure they get exactly what you want and have done jobs that others were not able to do. In my experience they’ve also been accurate on their lead times. If you need embroidering done they can get you squared away. If you need them to digitize an image then embroider it, they can handle that too. Use with confidence and expect friendly, professional customer service along with great quality.

Wes and Brad are great! If they make a promise, they move heaven and earth to make it happen. You dont see customer service like that anymore. Everything we have gotten from Under the Pecan Tree (and theres been a lot) has been high quality. Its hot in Texas, but it feels great Under the Pecan Tree! :-)

I have been looking for a go to embroidery screen print shop, and here we are. I have submitted more than 10 large commercial orders so far, and everything came out perfectly every time. The staff is super friendly and are extremely accommodating.

After originally sending Zaps an email and not getting any response, I found this company online and sent an email asking about a small embroidery job on a shirt I had bought as a gift for my husband. Brad emailed me back within the hour, and was very helpful and courteous. I dropped the shirt off that Monday afternoon, with a picture I had printed of what I wanted, and it was ready by Thursday. I was really impressed with the excellent embroidery job, and also with the very reasonable price! I will definitely go back if I ever need anything embroidered :)

Update: I am pleased to say the job has been completed and I am very satisfied. Its a very busy time of year for them and they never stopped moving the entire time I was in their shop. Will return for more services.... after the chaos passes. Good job!So I get an email that says my item is ready. It was very inconvenient to arrive and find out it had literally not been touched as the guy is calculating my bill for the services. However the first encounter was very professional and fast. When I receive my item I’ll be glad to update my review.

I have done a lot of business with embroidery companies over the years and theses guys are hands down the best. Quality work at great prices and complete a project in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend for purchases big and small!

I had given them 5 stars originally but I bumped it down because I had an item to have patches put on and it took them longer than they said it would when I dropped my items. I called and they still told me it would take them another 2 weeks bcuz they were still booked. I told them they should stop taking orders all together then and focus on the one they have. The lady out me on hold and came back on said that the person who does the sewing had already left for the day? Who leaves for the day super early when you are booked and youre the one who does the sewing? Lost our business. So for orders for anything being sewn on might expect to wait like a month before you get your order back.

Best shop in town. Let them help you with Advertising your Brand. From small projects to large ones, they will do it all.

These guys do AWESOME work I will most definitely continue business with them bc I know Im a very confusing, picky and weird type person and I didnt give them much to work with just a few ideas here and there but he came up with ideas that I actually liked so needless to say my Christmas gift to my parents were AMAZING!!
