Visited with Jeff for a while when I stopped in to look at carts and get educated a little. Very knowledgeable and zero pressure. My wife and I are definitely inclined to return.

My husband and I had bought a golf cart from an individual. We thought we would have a need for it but we things changed and we did not. David has been just great the helping us fine a new buyer who could really use the cart. Again thank you David!

David and the staff are very knowledgeable and give good details on the questions you have . They treated with respect even though I dont have deep pockets (lot of money); and gave me different options to think about not just pushing me to spend a lot of money. My cart was there for two weeksI contacted the owner after one week to see if he had determined the problem. He said he had not looked at it yet but call after the weekend. Monday he indicated he has not looked at it yet. Wednesday I stopped by and still had not looked at it. Friday morning he was called and advised to give him till noon. At noon, he was called and ask that I call back in the late afternoon. I told him I was picking it up right away and did so. Never will do business there again.

ETGW never delivered the two carts that were paid in full to the Longview Wine Festival, and never returned my calls. Not to be trusted.

Good place to do business

Terrible service. Steer clear of this place. Supposed to have carts delivered on Saturday. Didnt hear from David until Tuesday. Long story short, he didnt want my business.
