Excellent facility all around.- Shopping: As soon as you enter the front door you have friendly staff that greats you. There are also tons of accessories to choose from, along with weapon systems and ammunition for sale. Everything is clearly labeled and categorized so looking for what you need, or just may WANT, is easy to find. The staff is able to answer pretty much any question(s) you might have and can help you find what your looking for even if they don’t have it on hand. They’ve got you covered on most questions pertaining to countless weapon systems, prices and availability, to functionality etc. and aren’t afraid to tell you if they’re not familiar or know the answer which is a good thing!- The indoor firing range is nicely maintained as well as utilizes proper safety function & features, such as double locking doors, adjustable target distances, separation between each fire lane, along with plenty of storage for your weapon system(s) & ammo that you may bring with you. In the event you need more ammo, there’s a good chance they’ll carry what you need with a good supply of all of the major and or popular calibers at fair prices too (not marked way up like some ranges).- Hours of operation: they’re perfect for pretty much anybody with ranges closing down at roughly 8 PM which is more than sufficient as for anybody to come in and put a few rounds down range. Whether you’re trying to sight in a newly acquired weapon system, or stay proficient with those you currently have, there is more than enough time in the session or day if you like to do what you need to.- Pricing: I’m not mistaken the cost is roughly $22 for the first shooter and $15 for each subsequent shooter. This price covers one lane and two hours worth of lane time.-I don’t know if you’re looking for a fun place to go and spend a few hours and a controlled environment then I highly recommend getting this Ranger shot. Range is clean and the target runners are new, digital. No partial hangers, no tape or staples.Staff are knowledgeable but more importantly, friendly! I recommend this range for everyone.

Went for the 1st time last weekend with friends had a great time definitely going back.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Professional environment without being snooty or condescending to newbies. Can bring your own guns and ammo (no steel case, they will inspect!) or you can rent a variety of pistols or rifles for a reasonable fee. When shooting a rental, you must buy the ammo from the store, so keep that cost in mind. A great opportunity to try out a gun you are perhaps considering to purchase, or something fun that youd never buy, but still can experience shooting it. The ventilation system is pretty good, but still be prepared to come out smelling like burnt gunpowder. Just a fact of shooting indoors. The lanes have fully programmable distance controllers for the targets, extending up to 25 yards. Be sure to call ahead and make sure they have lanes available before you go. During peak times you will face a wait. There are a few chairs available in the waiting area, but not many. They do have coffee available though! Good selection of handguns and rifles at the counter, and more available online. The store also has a good selection of gun accessories and shooting apparel, though it can be pricier than is found on Amazon, etc.

I visit this shop all the time and I am a member of their indoor range. This is going to sound like a paid review but you will have to trust me it’s not this is just my experience firsthand. First and foremost the staff, each and every one of them are some of the nicest people in town. I’m greeted almost immediately coming through the door with a smile and some of the staff even know my name. They will come find you and help you (not in the pushy sales person way)Typically have a good selection of gear, and firearms at a competitive price, although the pandemic has made it tough on everyone.Go check them out sometime you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been looking all over for a product and found an old post on Facebook about the product. I called and a rep was quickly able to find it and allow me to pay over the phone as well as ensure that they receive the FFL and SOT paperwork from my local shop. Great service as well as quick.

Freaking awesome indoor range.

Went there on Wednesday September 23th 2020 to look for a red dot scope for my AR. Looking over the stock I asked to look a some of them. None worked.When ask to view them I was told they can’t put a battery in any of them because they may leave the battery in. Am I crazy? How can you see how an electronic red scope works with out a battery? Tough luck Top Shot but I had to go to Superior to make my purchase. Y’all may want to consider this on your customer for electronic scopes.

I showed up before they where actually open on my way to West Texas. Had a long drive ahead of me. They where extremely nice and let me shop before opening. They could have turned me away but didnt. They helped me with a set of night sights and install on my every day carry and even helped me find a holster I gifted to my wife. I can not give enough praise to Top Shop and staff for there great treatment of me and my friend. I will be going back every chance I get.

Great indoor range. I went on a Saturday morning it was a short waiting list seemed to thin out after about 2PM. Real easy going environment and u can bring a minor for people that want to let they teenagers shoot!

Bought a brand new set of Trijicon sites for my GlockHad them installed them spent over $130 on them. Shot the gun that day on there range. Had to leave to go out of town. Noticed that one of the sides doesn’t glow at night time. Got told I will have to warrantee them througH trijicon and there’s nothing that can do about that.Personally I won’t be back sites are less then 30 days old. They could have swapped them out and got them warranty their self. I brought a new glock I was going to have them put sites on today if what made this sale right. But I guess I will find elsewhere to do my Business.

I go there frequently. Friendly staff & very helpful. I am a card carrying CHL holder which I took a class there (not sure if they still have classes there). But never disappointed when I stop by. Im ex military so never needed extra training but its available if needed.

I cant say enough about this place. They have the nicest range around and a great selection of guns and accessories. Their gun prices cannot be beat! The range is small so if you go on Saturday at noon expect to wait for a lane. If you go during the week like we do, you wont have any issues. Yes, they DO have a zombie target! they dont have standard nra bullseye targets, but you can bring your own. the rest are silhouette and a carnival shooting gallery- type one.clean, a/c works, bright, cheerful atmosphere, super nice folks.the layout is primarily for standing position. the distance is variable up to 25 yards.women are welcome. i might even say encouraged.they have handicap parking close to the entrance. the shooting lanes have a flip-up table, so a w/c can be accommodated.very reasonable memberships are available. call for details.

Very nice facility. Great handgun selection. Will let you try out firearms from a vast selection of handguns and some very cool rifles. Friendly people. Only drawback is it is expensive. If your just looking for a place to shoot a couple off its great. If your looking for long term membership club, join the NRA Rifle and Pistol club.

Been several times . The range and merchandise are top notch. The best thing about top shot is definitely the staff. All I have met have been extremely helpful but most of all they all very friendly. Go by and check it out.

Overall: Good experience for two foreigners.Used this place when passing through the area. They were very open and easy to talk to for a couple of foreigners. We rented two pistols and a rifle. Found no issues with the rental or the use of the guns.We basically had the range to our selves, but their were happy to challenge us and make it a great experience for us.I would recommend this place for other turists (or likewise) who just want to rent and shoot.

I rank these guys 5 because I have had the best experiences there. Clean outfit, knowledgeable staff and great electronics on the range. Have had problems with firearms jamming on me there and they gave me a replacement gun to shoot while they fixed mine for free. They deserve 5 stars trust me. 🔫😎👍

After firing about 100 rounds from the holster and conducting speed reloads, I was told I was not allowed to shoot from the holster. Apparently an IDPA Master and military police officer isnt safe enough to shoot from the holster. They were afraid I would shoot the ground or my foot... Right. I dont go to the range to punch holes in paper, I go to practice how I carry. Just get a membership at East Texas Rifle and Pistol club and forget this place. I wont be back. Its a shame too, it is a nice range with the potential to be a fun place to shoot on a rainy day.That is the review I left on Top Shot Indoor shooting ranges Facebook page. I initially gave them 1 star because I was upset about what happened. I then changed it to a 2 because they still have a really nice facility and I wasnt going to give them such a bad review based solely on my experience. However, the owner proceeded to try and make me look dumb by saying that an IDPA Master and a military police officer should be able to follow the rules and saying that I wasnt special. I dont think that I am special because I am proficient with firearms. The rules at their range say you cant draw from the holster or rapid fire without the consent of a range officer. I was indeed given permission to BOTH draw from the holster and rapid fire. Had the owner not been so quick to insult my intelligence, and actually get to the bottom of what happened I would not be writing this review. Dont waste your time or money at this place. You would be better off driving to Tyler if you want to shoot at an indoor range. There are nice people at the range in Tyler and they actually care about customer service.

My boyfriend recently aquired his CHL by taking his required hours at this facility. He stated the instructor was very nice, the staff was very helpful, and the range was incredible as well.However.... due to the experience today will no longer use this company. We purchased a S&W and transferred it UPS to this facility.. upon Pick-Up the CSR that assisted my boyfriend.. opened his gun case took out the gun and cocked it.. before handing it to my Boyfriend. My BF said he thought the CSR may have dry shot it as well. But wasnt certain.. he didnt want any issues so he paid his transfer and left...We called later... to speak with a manager. He was curtious and agreed he that he didnt understand Why the CSR did that... yet later states ... we only charge xyz for transfers, while other companies charge more... he didnt understand our complaint and suggest we use another company if we didnt like the service....Well... we will ... there was no apology... and $$ definatly isnt an issue... we chose this company for the transfer because my BF enjoyed the staff & facility when he took his CHL course... however... here is the issue...1.)The gun should have been opened and given to my BF.. period. Not cocked amd tampered with by the CSR.. Cabelas or Bass Pro doesnt do a gun exchange that way when one is purchased... its just tacky...2. When looking over his gun in the Truck.. it was visably certain due to burn marks, powder residue, and scratching on the RRight side of the cylinder that 3 shots had went through the gun... how odd is that...So sad...you dont tamper with a mans toys!!Thats a No No!!!Btw... we took pictures too... !!Really sucks....Because up until then this was the go to place!!
