This place would do much better if they would end all sales of Chinese imports.But the sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable, and apparently share my point of view.

If you need a great price on tools it the place to buy your tools

Ive never driven to a store twice in one week and the two items out of thousands that you have arent in stock and never are in stock like 7in buffing pads that everybody uses that are made for your buffers are never there! Yet you have a whole wall of foam Bauer buffing pads and other random buffing pads that nobody uses. Throwing all these new items against the wall to see which ones stick when you cant keep the old standby products that everybody uses on hand is 4 people who got their information from a college degree instead of on the streets in the real world so lets start keeping stuff in stock that people regularly buy. Why would you want to have a disposable buffing pad not available that everybody uses, you need 5 on hand ready and clean to buff a Boat...

This is the only place my husband shops for tools.Its the best place that provides for all needed tools. Plus the employees are wonderful!!!

I love harbor freight, dont get me wrong there are MANY TYPES OF POWER TOOLS that a job requires high dollar/ tools. Youre not goingto find @harborfreight.However, there a a ton of items that you absolutely cant go wrong with, and youll save alot of money. Just dont get addicted to shopping at Harbour freight like me. Lol

The store would be nicer Texarkana if they kept stuff in stock

Tried to tell me that the advertised prices were for members only and I had to pay $30. I called Corp and they said that wasnt true. The advertised prices in the flyers and on-line are what I should pay. Local store should know better that to try that. Corp took care of me however. Good company, local branch is awful.

I bought a pair of tires for my dolly, they got what you need, pretty much like walmart.

I enjoy going here. The tools are ok you get what you pay for. If your working around they house they are great. If your using them to make a living I wouldn’t recommend them. All and all I buy a lot from here just because it’s cheap and I mostly work around the house.

I was looking for a bottle jack but there was not one on the shelf. I asked Amanda if they where out. She was sure there was one in storage. She returned with the bottle jack quickly. Im glad she was knowledgeable and very courteous. Very good experience at the store.

They had exactly what I was looking for and despite the fact that this place is a tweakers paradise, the staff are very cool. Fortunately I was in a hurry so I got what I needed and got checked out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome place.

It cost me $20 to return a used item they sold me. Be sure you open your purchase before you pay and leave the store.

Fast and friendly service! Clean store products are where they are supposed to be. The ads and ads prices are by the products so you can look at the prices better. Mom and pop atmosphere.

Super nice staff. I asked a new employee if they had what I was looking for he said he needed to ask and he did. Then he went and brought me the 3 different selections and prices and explained the differences for each one. Super helpful, kind, and courteous to everyone. The same new guy helped and older couple to their truck and loaded the items for them. AWESOME GUY!

Friendly staff prices are great!

Friday May 1st.The store policy was to limit to 20 customers at a time; totally fine with that.The problem was the store associate was holding 15 to 20 customers outside until 15 or 20 exited the store. Witnessed several potential customers walk away.I arrived at the checkout to find a long line. When my turn arrived I was left standing there while associates counted down the register or something to that effect. Then was further delayed when the phone rang. Apparently the call was more important than myself and the customers still waiting in line.On a positive note, I asked for help finding an item & the associate on the floor was very helpful.Attention Management. if you want folks to shop local train your employees to take care of your customers.

Tools for the Handyman / Semi Pro that function the same as Higher priced, only Affordable prices. Checkout kinda busy with only 1 lane open, not sure because of Covid precautions or No Help.

Always a great place to shop if you have someone who loves tools. People are very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. I would like to see more than 2 registers open this time of year, though. All-in-all, Im pleased with my most recent trip.
