Polite staffing

I am unable to go into a store right now because of the pandemic, so I called and asked about a hat size. The man who answered took the time and asked me a few questions about how I like my fit and the bill style I prefer. That man did his job to a T and has me ordering exactly what I want online. This is an excellent store. I hope the employees are paid well.
