July 29, 2021 about 4:00 pm.NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !!!Ordered 2 small sundaes.Got to the take out window, paid for our food.Female server hadNO MASK !NO VINYL GLOVES !SPOONS WERE HANDED TO US WITH THE SPOON BOWLS IN HER HAND, STILL WITH NO GLOVES !!BOTH SUNDAES, SPOONS, EVERYTHING WENT STRAIGHT IN THE GARBAGE !!Suggested to Southwestern Health that this establishment be CLOSED until Health Protocols can be investigated very closely.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!Trying to rip people off !!!Been coming here maybe twice a week for the past couple of months.Usually order 2 Small Sundaes, which have been on the Special menu for a long time, at 2 for $5.00 + tax.For the past 3 visits, the drive thru operator has rung the order up at full price and had to be reminded about the 2 for $5.00 menu.Naturally, their response is something like Oh, I forgot about the Specials Menu.Either this locations training doesnt meet DQ standards, or there is a scam going on.BE AWARE !!

They have the absolute hottest ladies working in this restaurant! And the food is bomb and its nice to have in our area!!

Sometimes you just need a large chocolate shake which is always excellent. Next time I will just go up to the window instead of the drive thru though. Quicker especially if someone has ordered food on drivethru ahead of you.

Ordered sesame chicken strip basket...only got the chicken strips...no fries ...got a small blizzard...they got that right. $11.50. Not right

Theyre always super slow and are sold out of oh Henry blizzard which is their feature blizzard. Get it together

The staff and service was excellent. The Reese peanut butter cups blizzard was not actual Reeses cups- it tasted really off.

Im gonna be honest. this place is wonderful for getting small ice cream treats, because of the excellent sweet flavour, but i am not satisfied that its even cold or creamy enough, it melts too fast, making it a mess to clean up. however, its still really good, but i hope its actually frozen enough to eat it. great place though. 9/10 i recommend.

I would put zero stars if I was able to. After moving here last year I visited this location and it had terrible service, I waited 15 mins minimum every time for my order so I refused to go back. Then they just recently opened up again so I decided to try them out again, yet to no fail I have now waited 20mins for them to tell me to hurry up, and to basically throw my orders at me, not only that my orders are always made wrong I have never had a good experience here. I would have no issue waiting the time it takes as they can get busy if they were atleast kind or engaging in anyway but every time i go they treat me like complete poop. I hate this location and will continue to drive to london if I want dairyqueen. Two summers now and they are the same, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Was just there for some hot eats and cool treats. Apparently the grill caught on fire and they couldnt make a burger. This is the third time Ive been told this. Not only will I never return to this location. I will never go do Dairy Queen again. There is no way youve had a grill fire all 3 times I wanted a burger. Id give negative stars if it were an option.

Ordered frie and Burger deal took them 20 minutes to cook and my fries were still not cooked all the way. I was sick the next day and Thinking that The food since nobody else eat their set for me and I was the only one sick. I dont think I love or eat there again

The blizzards never fill the cup, the employees will ask if you want a lid. Most DQs use a dome lid, this one uses a flat lid for a pop. Because of this, employees never fill the cup all the way, even if you dont want a lid. Any other DQ, the blizzards are above the rim. Also, they never flip the blizzard when they hand it to you, just shows a lack of training. Other items we have ordered are as expected, just avoid blizzards I guess.

Literally the worst service, I was in the drive thru at the window and they completely somehow forgot about me! And once they realized after 15 minutes they made it wrong..

Good place to drive thru. Staff is good to go. Not sure if the pop machines work yet. Last year they were terrible. So far I popped in for a cotton candy dipped cone. It was delicious.

Have tried getting blizzards here a few times in the last year, they are always liquid and it seems theyre not made fresh. Not worth the huge DQ price tag.

Went here with some friends, ordered a blizzard. It was a bit melted but pretty good. Prices are pretty average for ice cream.

Tried their turtle blizzard tonight .what a waste of money huge disappointment all it was vanilla ice cream with a small amount of caramel mixed in not at all what they advertise ...no pecans no chocolate pieces ...just absolutely terrible its a shame how down hill it has gotten!!!!

Severely understaffed i feel. takes 15 mins minimum to get ice cream. the food is awesome but after 15 plus years maybe they should add seats for us to wait at the pick up window.

They never have the grill on. I have been there twoTimes and I am yet to be able to purchase a burger.

One of my favorite places for burgers, chicken fingers and of course ice cream.

I ordered a pnutbuster parfait and a medium strawberry sundae, which came to nearly 12.00. They gave me a small sundae and the parfait with no lids. I told the girl that I ordered the medium but she was very rude and argued with me. The sundae sauce was dripping everywhere. I will never go back.

A great, old-school Dairy Queen. Limited selection of hot items available. Ample parking available in their large lot. Drive through on site. Speedy service. Friendly staff. No indoor dining area provided, but lots of picnic tables available if the weather is good.

I will never return. Id rather drive an hour to another one. The one staff working was clearly ill, coughing to a point of breathlessness and hunching over. She should not be permitted to work like that. A curly hair was found nestled in the middle of my French Fries. The blizzards were almost forgotten and were not mixed well, as all toppings were at the bottom. The burgers were cooked well and very delicious. This is not an eat in location so you are aware.

If your ever on death row with one last meal make sure it’s from here, because it takes them two years to cook the food!

There is no wheelchair accessible toilets or seating because they dont have seating or bathrooms for customers. Its just a walk up window to order. They have good food. Closed for the winter.

A nice combo drivethrough-walking store, this little dairy queen is a great treat soot in Ingersoll. They arent always the fastest, and as a chain their prices are a little high for the quantity; overall its still a good store and dessert!

Lineup was long but exspected, did not expect our cones to be melting all over my shorts when they were handed to me in my vehicle.

We waited for our food and waited and waited. Finally had to take on the window and ask where our food was. The bag was sitting on the counter. They handed it to us and we took it to the car, took a bite of our cold burgers and fries. Returned the food for a full refund. Its usually hot food. Will go back again because we love dq food and they r few and far in between.

Its a little tiny place with no eat-in ability ... but the workers are great... the owner is a friendly guy .... and the picnic tables outside are kept clean and its right adjacent to a little babbling Creek.

Staff does not communicate i come 3 times a week and one set of staff and managers is very friendly and gives my infant a free baby cone the other half tell me that they cant and never have and that they cost 2$ Im gonna take my kids to McDonalds where a 70 cent ice cream cone is given with smiles and no complaints

Great place for softserve with delicious hot food They usually have good service for the most part too. Recently though I purchased a few combos for the family and all three of the included sundaes were soft and soupy by the time I got home. I want point out that it has been a cold April and I only live two minutes away from Dairy Queen so it wasnt due to sitting in a warm car. Thankfully once I got home I was able to put them in the freezer other wise they would have been worse by the time we finished our meal. I hate to criticize the store as everything else was good but considering I wasnt in a rush it would have been nice to have been served fresh ice cream. When walking up to the get the food after initially making the order and then waiting with my dog in the car to kill some time, I noticed the sundaes were already in the tray waiting with the pop. I then waitied another few minutes until the order was ready so I dont know how long they had been sitting there total but they definitely could have been fresher. I was going to say something but I decided to giver the server the benefit of the doubt that she wouldnt serve me subpar icecream. Next time might be different.

Tiny little shop downtown. While there are picnic benches, they are covered in guano and surrounded by bees who hover over the spilled sugary cream. Aside from the lack of seating, this has quite a bit of character, and open on the long weekend!

I am not happy because they used not one but two cups because when I was about half way home I noticed that there was a hole in my cup and I think they should have refunds for this whos with me and on Saturday April 25th 2020 I was there once and than about 10 minutes later I decided to leave and than about half way home I decided to go back and ask for the manager and I told her that Im going to post on the internet that Im going to say what happened to me not once but twice and then I walked away!👿😠😡😤 and I used to be a regular but now Im going to take my business elsewhere!👇👎✌

The service is horrible. Waiting over 30 mins for a small blizzard while 6 cars were served.

The servings here are smaller than other DQs when you ask for large its the size of a medium. Service is not as good as it used to be and as a result I go elsewhere for my ice cream.

Ate like half the menu once. Loved it, hated myself after, worth it.
