2 hours to do an oil change, lube and rotate tires, and I was the first one in line? And it was 90 minutes in before they told me they were doing the rotation. Turns out at Longview lifetime rotation and balance is only good for the store you buy your tires at, at the time of tire purchase and is only good for that set of tires at that store, and one balance is all they do for life of tires. I paid more for lifetime tire rotation and balance on a set of tires I already owned at my walmart. It was explained to me at my store that that transaction was good for any walmart. Yet, even my own store charged me each time and I had to get a credit back. I think I need to find somewhere else to do business. Its so convoluted nobody at walmart charges me anywhere near the same to do the same job. I have to go through the bill and make sure credits have been applied where they are due. Im done.
