Order from them. Told would be in two weeks later. Called in two weeks was told was on back order. Never got a call saying that my order was on back order. The weeks out still no metal. Will never order from again. Terrible communication and customer service.

Quoted 12 sheets of R panel and trim. I decided to order it several days later. I was told no problem we keep it in stock. I arrived and placed my order expecting to load up and go but was told they would need to cut the R panel to the lengths I ordered. I was told it would take 45 min to get it ready. I ended up waiting 2.5 hrs for the material to be ready. I couldnt leave because I was an hour from home. Nobody would give me a time of completion and they kept working in other customers. My business will be going to Mueller metals from now on.

Our go to for building materials and lagging. Great service and Way cheaper than Mueller!Also this guys can cut in half what you need no problem.. the last time I went to the other guys ( Mueller) they said their shop saw didnt have blades and nobody knew how to use a oxy-acetylene torch.

Extremely disappointed in the service and how everything is being handled. We ordered a metal kit building from here, which will be our home for the next 30 years once its built. We got all of the walls up and were excited to finally get the roof on. Low and behold the metal for the roof is about a foot too short. we called and explained what was going on and instead of replacing the metal, they want to just give us a larger ridge cap for the top even after they told us this was a KNOWN problem that happened after they updated their systems. We paid a lot of money for this kit and we expect everything to be exactly as we ordered it. Like I said this will be our home one day and trying to cut corners to save them money on their screw up is not okay. We are not accepting the larger ridge cap, because that is not what we ordered and we are still trying to deal with Metal Mart to get what we want. We shouldnt have to go through this much trouble to get WHAT WE ORDERED. This is just ridiculous and poor business. I dont recommend.UPDATE: We did finally receive the panels that were the length we originally ordered. Even though the panels were finally replaced. We were still required to load up the old panels and drive them back up there ourselves to get our replacement panels. In my eyes this was very inconvenient because we did not have the proper equipment to transport the metal to begin with and then we had to make a second trip just to get the right sized panels which could have been avoided had everything been done right to begin with. Not only did we have to wait on the shipment for the correct panels, we also had to waste more of our time making arrangements to make the exchange. Yes, we got the correct panels, but I am still disappointed in how everything was handled.

Twenty five years ago Ken Moritz bought steel roof panels for a job he sold for me. They are probably still there.Beautiful and inexpensive roofing product. Lots of colors and styles. Stong as steel because these metal panels are made of steel.

Needed 100 feet of apron flashing, bent at 105 degrees. Local box stores do not carry it. The flashing I got here was far heavier gauge than expected, with a choice of colors, at an extremely reasonable price, angled to any angle desired. I rate the quality, convenience, expense, friendliness, and customer satisfaction, higher than any of the box stores. I will be returning for all future needs.

Have never received worse service. Called about 7 weeks ago for pricing and availability on some iron and tin and the phone was answered by a guy that literally his first words were “what do you want...I’m busy right now”. Called today assuming that was just a fluke and we were ready to purchase and start our project! Lady who answered the phone was much friendlier but said she’d have to go out to the yard and see if they had what we needed in stock and would call us right back). As of 5 hours later she still has not returned our call (seems they are more Interested on large accounts). Called another metal place and they had everything we needed in stock. Not only did we pick up in less than an hour but it was $300 less!!!! Will never bother with Metal Mart again!

Great prices and we had a wonderful experience. This is the only place to get metal and metal materials way better than Mueller, Inc. by far.

Very poor customer service. Called and placed a order in the morning and received a call at 4:30 that evening saying it couldn’t be filled till 4 days later. Very poorly ran company. I’d like to support local small business but you can’t when they’re ran like that. Try using Mueller if your looking for metal
