I recently purchased a used Porsche from Parks. The transaction of the trade and purchase was very easy with little pressure or surprises. Everything was up front and we had communication which is key to success. Larry Daniels saw the sale through from start till end. No sitting down with a General Manager and then with finance. Larry was knowledgeable in cars and even did well understanding the Porsche I purchased. You can not ask for a better experience. Goods job Parks.

Stopped by to test drive an Expedition that they had on the lot and Jack Dukas was more than willing to allow us to test drive it while ours was getting an oil change. We had been thinking about getting a new one (since we were pre-approved) and was waiting for the right time and the right deal. We fell in love with it. Sadly, by the time we called Jack and were ready to purchase, the vehicle that we test drove was sold the day before! So Jack informed me to check the whole Parks inventory and he would do the same. I told him what I was looking for and how much I had to put down. While I was reviewing the site, I came across an awesome deal on a Navigator, but it was in Tampa - so I called Jack and asked if they could get it here. He sure can! We stopped by and made a downpayment so the car could be transferred. He made arraignments to have the car brought here (to Longwood) and to have it pre-inspected. The vehicle was in excellent condition. We walked in, paid the downpayment and signed the papers (I had emailed all of the rest of the information for the loan). Jack was laid back, knowledgeable, eager to assist and always at the end of a phone to answer questions for me. He even found out that the vehicle I found still had the extended warranty on it! I will be bringing more people to Parks and to Jack. And in the future, I will more than likely deal only with them. The whole dealership is excellent. If there was a 10 star rating, it still wouldnt be enough. Great job everyone!! And thank you so much for my new sweet ride!

He had many great qualities. His personality and openness to us and others was a huge factor for us, when deciding to buy our car. 10/10 will recommend to others.

Called and texted me multiple times over the course of a week asking me to bring my truck in for an appraisal, only to offer nearly $3k less than a competing offer and $4k less than KBB. Inside of the showroom also had no AC and was around 85 degrees; definitely not the most comfortable place to wait around and not a stellar overall experience.
