After our new toy arrived the fun lasted only for few seconds as the engine didnt want to run, only few seconds. Brought the car Ray Boats and Ray immediately found the root cause. The fuel tank was super, super rusty and there was soooo much rust inside (car was sitting for many years a previous owner) and the entire fuels system got messed up. We need now a new tank, but Ray Boats cleaned the entire fuel lines, fuel pump and carburetor and now our Baby runs like a Swiss clock. Check out the video. Ford T-Bucket 1923. Ray took my boat in on short notice. Brought boat to Ray on Monday and was ready by Thursday same week. I was back on the water for the weekend. Fix lower unit leak on the first day there. My old boat mechanic repeatedly told me he could not find leak. Ray installed new swivel rod holders and knew steering system. Took the time with me to walk through entire boat. He sent pictures to me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Ray for all your boat needs.

I brought in my 21ft center console boat for a repair and tune up last week. Rey was really knowledgeable of boats and knocked out the repair extremely fast. Ray is friendly and appears to be somewhat good at doing what he does however I found the entire process to be extremely slow. I often felt as though I was not being informed of what was taking place and simply just told to wait and that hed be with me soon. I came on a Saturday, found a car, provided the necessary information, and was told a deal was made and I was approved. Being that it was Saturday and he was about to close he said we should wait until the following Monday as he might possibly be able to work a better deal. He assured me he would call me and keep me updated so that when I came back down on Monday (I live in a different city) I could basically sign and drive. That did not happen. Not only did he not call to keep me informed but when I called to ask about what was happening he offered little info and made empty promises to call me back at certain times but never did. Upon arriving to Longwood on Monday I waited for a long time in the office as apparently no work had been done earlier in the day to provide the financing bank with my information that Ray already had so they could complete verification. Im still waiting as I sit here typing. I feel he needs to improve his customer service and efficiency practices. Im not sure I would recommend them as a first choice to anyone else because customer service is very important to me especially in this situation. Maybe as a last resort as he will get you in a car more than likely it will just take forever.

Went to purchase a car cash. The car I was interested in has a funny noise in the engine. As we were very interested in it we asked for issue to be repaired. Ray said he needed me to buy it first in order for him to fix it. Keep in mind he sells cars as is. I was not buying a vehicle with problems. I have small children and need a reliable, safe car. Had I not insisted he would have sold it to me or anyone else knowing there was an issue. After hours of waiting he agreed to fix it. The noise was gone and the car seemed to be working well. I purchased it and 10 minutes after driving it off the lot.. the service tire monitor system warning came on. Go figure. While closing the deal I was told by staff that although the car was sold as is, they would fix any issue with the car. To quote the employee, we wont do you like that. I thought I had made a good choice and was dealing with good people. When the warning came on Ray said to bring it back the following day. We spent hours at their shop waiting only to be told that autozone kept delivering the wrong part... talk about giving us the run around. We left that day without a solution. We were told we would be called when the part was ready. No such call came. Instead, when we would call for a status, the staff became increasingly upset until Ray called, audibly irritated about our inquiries. They had is come in after the weekend and we were told the issue was fixed. Sure enough.. the next day the light came on again. Im a school teacher and was back at work at this point so I brought the car after work. I was sent off, told it was too late and I need to bring it earlier. On Saturday I got my two kids dressed and we were on our way to bring the car at 10 am at which point Ray said it was too late and to take the car elsewhere because he wasnt fixing it. When we called to express how distraught we were about the unprofessionalism and what we felt was a scam as we were told any issue with the car would be fixed just to get us to take it off the lot.. the lady on the other end was apologetic and wanted to fix the situation so she scheduled us an appointment to bring the car. Later that night, Ray personally called me, my husband, and my mother who has done business with him for 20 years that we better not bring that car to him and he didnt want to hear from us.Luckily the issues with the car were still covered by the dealer under an extended warranty and are being fixed at no cost to me. At the dealer I was treated with respect and not given the run around. Not to say that every used car dealer is like Ray but the treatment was very different. I do not recommend anyone do business with Ray as he takes trade ins or cars out of auctions with issues he does not want to fix. He will just take a car with problems, wash it and hide the issues until you take it off his lot and then youre on you own. Shady and dishonest.

Its a small little place Rays very friendly and helpful actually didnt go there for a car but we went there to pick up a Penske truck on the second day we decided to pick up a trailer we were running late he decided to wait for us not only that but he actually helped put the trailer on which he didnt have to do other than that the service was great and Ray was very courteous

When I went it I noticed a car I liked and I was introduced to the WORST, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL GUY ON THE PLANET. he got mad when I told him I would think about it, he then reply and says he is an independent broker and if I dont want any of these cars he can get me another one in Orlando. I will never come back here and advise everyone to rethink it! Very slow, unprofessional and just the worst experience. Beware! They lie!
