I had been looking for someone that can handle thick coarse curly hair for myself and my daughter and boy did we find her. Nicole did an amazing job. A couple weeks ago I had a perm done at the Fantastic Sams. I got an email asking how we did and I stated that some of the hair was not permed and I wasnt happy with the results. They requested that I come in so they could check it out and see what could be done. I received a keratin treatment and when another perm that would correct the previous perm. Sherry was kind, professional and gave me confidence that it would all be as it should! And by golly, they came through with flying colors or curls!

Took my 3 yr old son for a haircut - it was our first time going to Fantastic Sams. They were busy (good sign), so we had to wait 15-20 minutes which I didn’t think was bad since we didn’t have an appointment. Saw Nicole and she did an awesome job on my son’s haircut. Price was very reasonable too. This will now be our go-to place!

My sisters and I have been attending this salon for about 3 years now. We always ask for Elaine because she is great at her craft, and she listens to what exact hair cut and style we would like. I came in a couple of days ago with a bunch of half ideas, and Elaine successfully took all of my ideas and made a beautiful hair treatment plan. My hair has never looked better. My family and I highly recommend this salon.

This was my second visit for bold purple & turquoise coloring and first visit for cut & blow dry. The shop is very clean and has a open fresh feel and friendly environment. Sherrie did a great job with my hair and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a person and at ease in regards to first-time cut with a different stylist. Her skill overrides all apprehension. Andrea is the BEST. I had foiling done today, and it turned out fabulous! Shes always conservative when cutting, and asks if its what I want. She cuts my hair and my wigs, which several stylists have declined to do. There is a discount for referrals too! I am so happy to have been referred to her by a friend.

Love Andria. She’s the best! She takes care of my 90 year old Mom and I. She really treats her with so much respect and my Mom LOVES going to get her hair done there. She also is an expert in hair color, styling, perms etc. Everyone working there are super friendly also! I highly recommend!

I was there friday send 8:45 until 215, It took about 6hrs do my highlights my hair above my shoulder it should not took that long. I used to go the one of Casselberry but they closed that one out. I used to do my highlights there they only charged me 75 to 90 dollar for highlight, cut, and blowdry. On friday the lady who did my hair charge me 190.00 at first she say 250 for me to buy shampoo and conditioner. 190 dollar thats way to much for my short hair and for some highlights. I will never go here again. I felted like they try buy you to get more stuff and the service its way to mych. I also had a doctor appointment at 2:30 and I couldnt go because i was sitting in this salon for 6hrs. And the lady who did my hair kept stopping and taking other clients. Like i dont like no one stopped doing my hair for other client walking in. Finished my hair than takw the next client. I had water on my back, the water to cold, and hair all on my clothes when she was cutting my hair. Never again will come here and waste my gas long drive to this salon.

Feeling a little disappointed with their customer service.My appointment for a hair cut was scheduled at 10am,  I arrived a few minutes early. After checking in the staff members asked me to have a seat and someone would be with me.Another customer walked in shortly after me and informed the staff that he was an hour early for his 11am appointment. The stylist that he had an appointment with proceeded to seat him in his chair. When I expressed my concern to Elaine, she seemed to be nonchalant about the situation. I expressed that I was on time for my appointment so why didnt the stylist see me before his 11am? She finally explained to me that the person I was scheduled with called out sick. So why not tell me that when I checked in. Why did I have to say something first. Its called communication! Needless to say, I waited 30 minutes before being seated in a chair. Not acceptable.....my hair cut took 45 minutes.

I went here in July for highlights. there was a mandatory mask order for all businesses and Seminole county. The hair stylist did not wear her mask and just had it hanging on her ears. Also, she asked me to remove my mask even though it wasnt needed. She obviously did not care about the order. Also half the staff was not wearing their mask over their nose and mouth. This really gives you an idea of how they dont really care about the current situation. Im not going back there.

They are horrible over the phone. The customer service over the [hone was an absolute nightmare!! I made an appointment and the day of my appointment I was not on schedule. How could this be? Well, it is called horrible, unorganized, unprofessional staff.. How could I trust you to do my hair when the service over the phone was horrible. I am so mad as I organized my schedule around my appointment that was not made appropriately. I will Never step into this location in Longwood, FL... My past experiences in another state were all wonderful!!!

Michele was excellent!! I went into the salon not sure what I was going to do with my hair because I had over boxed dyed it and bleach blonde and I wasn’t sure what I was going to do if I was going to cut it all off or just trim it and color it. Michelle gave me some wonderful suggestions she offered a Keratin treatment! in the end she did not cut all my hair too short she gave me darker hair and she gave me an awesome Keratin treatment I am happy with my results and I would definitely go back in another 30 days for a highlight which is what she recommended Michelle is incredible I thank you very much fantastic Sams and Michele

Absolutely Awesome!! I never leave reviews, but today I have to. My hair is really thick, curly, and frizzy and in this heat it gets overwhelming quite fast. I don’t remember her name. But my stylist had long pink hair, and she did amazing. She asked questions and interacted to make sure I was okay with everything being done. Had an appointment at 11 a.m. but wasnt seated for my appointment until 11:35 a.m. The Fantastic Sams online check in website doesnt allow for selecting multiple services such as a haircut and blow-dry or a haircut and beard trim. Due to this, appointments can take longer than the stylist realizes. This causes other customers to be backed up. The online check-in website should be updated to allow customers to select multiple exams.

Elaine is spectacular!

Been growing my hair for a month cause I wanted it styled a certain way. I said exactly what I wanted. Got the haircut went home and took pictures of the fade that looked a swaying line. So I went back and had it fixed but even that was sub par. I had said a little off the top like a quarter of an inch. Shes takes almost 3/4 of an inch in some spots. The top of my hair is all different levels and chopped up. She really did not know how to cut a mans hair let alone a fade. Seemed like it was all guess work to be honest. Ive never had this issue before and always had a good experience here in the past. Ive had 5 people on day one ask whats wrong with my hair. From a professional point of view thats not okay. Now I have to pay someone else to fix this monstrosity.

Really cool girl, and I, a 70s reject thought shed have a hard time with my 57 year old mop. She absolutely knocked it out of the park. Incredible. Mega referral for her on this one. Shes the BOMB! I have moved about an hour away from this salon. Since then, I’ve tried to find a local stylist to cut my hair. Two botched haircuts later, this is the only salon I fully trust. Elaine has fixed two of my terrible haircuts I got. They were uneven and I had chunky crooked layers. She transformed my hair into a cut I love. She was so sweet and I will be a returning customer even if I have to drive more than a hour!

Michelle is great. Shes super-friendly, listens to what you want and takes her time. She is not scissor happy (only cuts off how much you say). She really aims to please! I like the fact that they take walk-ins too. You usually dont have to wait that long. Their prices are fair as well.

Asked for thick chunky golden highlights with black hair and I got thin streaky highlights. Leslie was rude the whole time she had a smart comment for anything that I stated. Hair looked ok, but wasnt what I asked for and definitely not worth the price I paid. Sign says full highlight, color and blow dry for $135.95, got charged $175.00 and when asked about the sign she told me it was for a root touchup. Doesnt say touchup anywhere on the sign. I wanted to walk out but was already half way through the bleaching and dying process. I never really had a problem with anyone else there. I still tipped but I probably shouldnt have. You lost a customer.

Have been a customer for many years and have referred family here. This time was a huge disappointment! My sons haircut is horrible. There are notes in the system which the stylist did not review and to top it off we did not receive the Black Friday deal. We were charged full price for a haircut she was well aware of that we were not satisfied.

I stopped there because I needed a haircut but I did not like the service Elaine provided me. Yes she was quick in receiving me when I stepped inside the establishment, but I did not count with her getting angry at me after I politely asked her to cut my hair one more inch. That’s not how you treat a client. She even raised her voice at me using a condescending tone of voice after I told her no other hair stylist had ever given me a bad attitude for asking them to trim my hair an additional inch. Thankfully she agreed to do what I asked her for but I did not like the way she treated me. I will never again allow this lady to cut my hair.
