This company does not even deserve 1 star. I have been dealing with them for over 2 years now trying to get them to stand behind their product. I purchased my house from Taylor Morrison (another terrible company) and the installers Just Floors used improperly installed the flooring in several homes in my neighborhood. Just Floors finally agreed to replace the entire floor, great so I thought. Unfortunately they used the same crew that screwed up the floor in the first place and the same Just Floors supervisor. Now the floor that I have is worse than the one they replaced. Justin Hart finally agreed to extend my warranty to cover any tiles that were not property bonded. This is 1/2 of the floor. Luckily for me I have video of the actual installation that shows why the floor is in such bad shape. There was one installer that it is plainly obvious that he has no clue as to what he is doing. He would apply the thinset, notch in the grooves, then flatten the thinset out smooth and place the tile on top and touch the 4 corners. As a result the tiles did not get adequate coverage. So I get the warranty and they send the same supervisor out to pull a tile to inspect, see image, half of the tile is as clean as the day it came out of the box. The supervisor looks at it and says looks good to him. So I send all of my evidence to Justin Hart, I get a new Supervisor out. He promises me that he will personally return to first attempt to inject the tiles and if that doesnt work we will look at other options. Not a fan of injecting the tiles but I said give it a shot. That was April, we are now in June, never heard from him or Justin again. So if you are still reading at this point, save yourself the 2.5 years of lies, no shows, and heartache I have endured at the hands of Just Floors.

The worst customer service and business experience I have ever had. If we could give no stars I would have opted for that. As another reviewer pointed out, they don’t return your calls, they don’t show up for scheduled appointments, they come unprepared when or if they eventually do show up, causing you to reschedule another no show. The quality is inferior and so is the workmanship. Run away now and look elsewhere!

They went into a wrong house. Worked on a wrong house and blaming me for it. The most inconvenient service and I didnt even get the service yet. Be careful people.

Be very careful even considering these people to do your floors and or tile. They do inferior work and don’t even have quality installers. I have never in 25 years of living in this area could ever believe these people could still be in business. No supervision of inexperienced people they hire .how do you come to repair tile without a wet tile saw? Crazy to watch but sad if your the homeowner. Be very careful using this company.

Absolutely horrible, they change the date appointment when they wanted, they never call back you when they promise to do it, they give you a time to be at your house and, you can wait, and wait and wait, you have to call them to ask why they did not arrived yet. And they do not give you any explanation, this is the second time they fix my floor tiles, because my house has a warranty,and it is the second because the first time, they sent just one man to change 22 pieces of tile!!! So he did it on rush, and bad done!!! So I called them again to fix that and... same history, now... I’m waiting since 8:00 AM they said they will be here, and it is 12:30 PM... nothing!!! I work to pay my bills and their work, but I lost one work day!!! Just to be here sitting more than 4 hours waiting... Then... get your own conclusions.

I have had a great experience with this company.They installed tile floors in a house that I had built with Taylor Morrison.There have been a few minor hick-ups, which is common. The thing that sets this company apart, is there willingness to make sure it is perfect, and there essentially their passion to make sure the customers are taken care of really sets a precedence above any other company that I have worked with.Justin, there General Manager is a great guy to work with, as well as Shane is very knowledgeable and does great work! If anyone is in need of flooring work done, I would highly recommend this company to do it all!
