The owner was helpful, courteous, friendly and he answered all of my questions. I was able to walk around and look at all the products. Rev. My very first time here I was looking for something to help me understand who I was. I spoke with the own got pointed to a book and a candle. Im grateful for Revs sincerity, commitment and relaxed nature. My wife and I visited the Root House in Jan 16 and were immediately welcomed by this incredibly humble & loving couple.My reading was on point and I was offered the spiritual bath with no pressure. I waited until I could honor the offering and never was asked about my decision. This Botanica store has the most amazing selection of candles. All the candles I have bought have in deed worked!!! You feel peacefulness and the warm friendly greeting immediately as you walk im. A couple days ago I did a random google search for a new age store near me. I was on the hunt simply for crystals or minerals for healing...I wasnt really sure what I needed to tell you the truth... I have been searching online for a Botanica in the Orlando area. I came across this website and read the reviews. I was impressed with all of the great reviews so I decided to visit in person. Just what I was searching for...a genuine botanica! It has everything a botanica should have...lots of products, great vibe, genuine caring, warm and honest service! Best botanica in the area! I visited the Botanica San Miguel and found the owner a bit fake in my opinion and items are grossly overpriced. They have a lot of stuff but I didnt get a genuine vibe at all. Not everyone is out there to help others but people at The Root House Botanica are!
