My family comes here often, Mary and the rest of her staff are always kind and caring. Always willing to help and make us feel comfortable in the store. Way to go family dollar on a wonderful staff and store!!

The manager Mary at the store was more than helpful went out of her way to help me and make my shopping a wonderful experience with everything going on today with this corona thank you family dollar for your awesome workers

If there was a 0 for a rating it would be that. Whoever Carlos is i believe is his name. Older gentleman with a pony tail. He obviously has 0 customer service experience n should not by any means be working in the customer service environment. Pretty much told me and my family n another young lady that we get the award for the people who came at the wrong time. Snotty attitude. Store is an absolute disgrace. Can barely walk thru it shelves are empty n needs to be cleaned and organzied. All in general just needs a new staff.

I usually never expect much out of affordable stores being that they usually tend to sacrifice quality for quantity. I have been here several times and always find what I am looking for. The store is orgnized and theres always someone at the counter.There was an older man stocking shelves the othet night (didnt catchs his name) and his customer service was amazing. I was looking for drawer containers and he looked for me until he found them.The ladies at the register were also very kind.Good place to shop at!

Prices good. Fair amount of different types of merchandise. Quality of some merchandise is below average. Not worth buying. You should look over merchandise closely before buying it. Its the age old let the buyer beware.

The store’s general manger would be wise to get rid of their so called “manager”. I want to say her name was Mickey or something with an M. Anyway, she is rude, incompetent and all around unpleasant. She saw 15 people standing in line and walked the other way. While the “newbie” attempted to tend to everyone. The new guy was unsure about my coupons so he called her. She reluctantly came over and refused to oblige by the ad. I didn’t have time to deal with her stupidity so i left my stuff on the counter. Horrible customer service. She was just as ghetto as the store

Everytime I walk into this store there is always a long line and one cashier. I spend more time in the line than actually grabbing what I need. Every visit is a disappointment.

I love Family Dollar they always have a sale on just about everything you need.

Whats the deal w family dollar not accepting digital coupons when the app told us they accept it but u get to the store and cashier refuses tobtake it so now my coupon is not any good WASTED SOMEONE needs to change this w newport and tell them your location doesnt accept the coupon then people like me wont waste my time going there for nothing

Amazing workers and amazing store

Constantly out of product. The last time I was there they were out of what I needed so I was told to come back in when the truck arrived (today). I came in and was told that the product was in but it was buried in the back and that I would have to come back later because other items were a priority. This is not the first time this has happened.

In and out Kwik found every thing I needed

Quite often, I dash in there to shop ans their computer issues prevent me from checking out.
