Very rare do contractors exceed your expectations but Ramon and his team at Granite perfection did just that. Any granite company can perform installation; very few can do so with a personal touch that let you feel like you are their only customer. Not only did Granite perfection did a perfect job, they did it ahead of schedule and with a very quick turn around. And when the tile contractor messed up causing some changes, Ramon and his team came back out to measure and replace without an extra charge. Hamlet and his team did exceptional work with the counter top and backsplash. The Quartz counter top with the big sink that they also provided went well with the Spanish tile custom backsplash which Granite Perfection also installed. He has a good eye for how to lay things out and even though we had accepted that we would probably need a seam based on what other companies told us but he worked hard to get us no seam. I can’t say enough great things about Granite Perfection. My job was small and I was just looking for a remnant piece of granite for a dry bar that needed to coordinate with my kitchen counters. Ramon treated it like I was replacing all the counter tops throughout my entire house and made me feel like my small project was just as important as a large project. He was super helpful and patient with me as I looked through the pieces. I was debating between two granites and one of them was behind three other slabs. Without hesitation he got a lift out of the warehouse and brought it out so I could see it in the sun and take pictures of it. I went to two other places and his prices blew the other companies out of the water. I called the next day and said that the second granite would work perfect. I sent him my dimensions (my dimensions were super easy so there was no need to come and template it) and he drew it up, asked what edges I wanted, cut it that day, and the guys arrived the next day on time to install it. It’s beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy about my decision and with the entire process.

From the moment I first walked into the showroom of Granite Perfection to the final installation I truly felt like my happiness and satisfaction was all that mattered. They listened to what I wanted and found me the exact slab of granite I had been looking for. Hamlet was punctual, flexible and very meticulous with his measurements. He asked what I wanted when there was a choice with how it could be cut. Hamlet spent an hour with the template and the granite showing me options on how it could be placed. Granite Perfection had to come and remove existing granite and cabinets for a plumbing issue and then put back the cabinets and granite. It was very tricky and could have easily broken the backsplash or ruined the granite. They did such an amazing job. The kitchen looked as if nothing had been disturbed. They are professional, polite and so incredibly talented in their craft! Highly recommend.

We recently used Granite Perfection to install our backsplash and quartz countertop. During the installation I made it known that the installers damaged the reface of the cabinets while I stood there watching. Since weve paid both contractors, Ramone has not answered us in regards to the estimate from Kitchen Medic to repair what his guys did. We were told upfront that communication was important and he would do what it takes to keep his customers happy. We have called and texted about this with no response. Unfortunately we do not have an email for the company, even the website doesnt show the physical email address. Heres another contractor that weve trusted and theres no contact after final payment.

I am very pleased with my experience with Granite Perfection, LLC.It was a pleasure working with Hamlet and Ramon. They are such nice people and they are professional, honest, and fair. I was not an easy customer and Hamlet remained kind and respectful through it all. I had a hard time choosing the granite for my kitchen and Hamlet was very helpful. I texted and called multiple times and always received an immediate response.Once I made the decision, the job was completed within the week. Granite Perfection LLC went above and beyond to satisfy my requests that I recommend them to my mother. I had them do my bathrooms and kitchen countertop and not only does there name describe the job they did “Perfection”, but their professionalism was out of this world. An just to add so easy to communicate with, which made the whole process just that much easier. Trust and believe if your looking for quality this is the place you’ll find it 😊...

I had high hopes working with Granite Perfection after talking with Ramon and reading the reviews but what I got was an install that started with the wrong measurements and a slab of granite with the cut out for the sink on the wrong side of the slab and had to get a new slab to get recut. The cutout for the sink was not correct in that it had a 1-inch overhang, so I can’t take full advantage of the total size of the sink. Then instead of using prober braces for the undermount sink, they used 2x4’s to hold up the sink taking away from the usable area under the sink. They knew that they were installing a new sink and did not consider that the plumbing placement might be different, leading to a whole fiasco and a delay in finishing the project and getting the correct plumbing connectors. When installing the backsplash around the sink, they did not correctly attach the electoral outlets to the granite, so the sockets are loose and do not sit flush against the granite. I will give Ramon credit that he did come out to correct the plumbing himself because his installers did not show up to do the work and did not communicate to anyone that they were not coming. The other positive is that they did the half-bath countertop for no cost and did a good job on that. It was a simple install with a surface mount sink and one-hole faucet.My advice is to educate yourself thoroughly on everything that needs to be done before hiring them because if you don’t know all of the questions to ask, you will have problems.

This company was great! We called them only a couple weeks before the job and they came right out to give us a quote and they worked within our timeframe. Their salesman was detailed and super helpful with the look we wanted. He had plenty of options on hand for us to choose from and the final look was great. Their installers were on time, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall we would use them again for any job.

The managers and staff of Granite Perfection are either the worlds most artistic professionals or the worlds most professional artists. I selected a unique Brazilian stone, and Hamlet, the sales manager, was completely wonderful through the entire process. The warehouse is staffed with people who genuinely love what they do and take pride in their product and their work, and the installers, Angel and Miguel, handled the stone with absolute reverence. This purchase experience is one of the best I have ever had. A week out, I still cant believe that I have a countertop this beautiful. Without any reservation at all, I recommend this company, and if I had any occasion to need granite again, I would go nowhere else.

We are so pleased with our experience! For starters, our total price was nearly 40% cheaper than the other estimate we had received prior. We chose sparkling white quartz to match our coastal-themed kitchen, and we absolutely love the results! Hamlet is extremely responsive to random text messages and requests. We had a great experience with Granite Perfection. Hamlet was very nice and spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. Also, he was able to have the work all done so I could have Christmas dinner in my new kitchen. All of his workers were very polite and professional and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. My new kitchen is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I love that its a one stop shop.....they handle all the plumbing, back splash, installing appliances, etc. Saved us a lot of time. I called Granite Perfection out of the blue for them to clean my granite which was salvaged from a fire a year ago and was in storage at a granite company workshop waiting for re-installation. They were very professional, polite, came and spent a lot of time cleaning. The next morning, a Saturday, there were still areas of concern and we called Hamlet, our technician back, he immediately returned our call. He was very apologetic and returned later in the day to fix the issues. We couldnt be happier with our treatment and their customer service. We would highly recommend them and use them again!

Could not be happier with my experience with Granite Perfection from start to finish! When we first went in just to ask questions and pick our piece all of our questions were answered and we received great service. Days later our kitchen was measured and the stone cut. And two days later our stone was installed! All very quick and precise. We could not be happier with how the stone makes our kitchen look! So well done and we were taken care of through the whole process! Would definitely do business with them again in the future!!

*Update* 06/23/2018 Took them through the arbitration process through the BBB and it was ruled in my favor and they were ordered to refund me. 8 months later and I can finally put this nightmare behind me. I was not treated anywhere near the same way these other reviewers have been, so consider yourself LUCKY! Should have listened to the negative reviews they have on thumbtack!TERRIBLE job. Hired them to install new granite tops and the job was not done well. The seam is in an awkward spot and very noticeable. There was excess glue and the seam was uneven. I contacted them 2-3 days later to let them know about the seam and cloudiness film over the top of the countertop along with some scratches. It took me a month of messaging to get them to finally come out. They tried fixing the seam but wound up making even worse. They said that there was nothing they could do about the scratches(even though they caused them) I forgot to also mention that the stone sink we purchased from them was cracked. Anyways 2 minutes after they left I noticed an even more noticeable cloudy film over the seam. I wrote them back within minutes of then leaving. I guess after realizing they could not fix the seam they texted me back saying that I insisted that they do it, even though they warned that it would happen. But that was untrue. I never said that. The only thing I insisted was that they fix what they initially messed up, not to make it worse. They emailed us back and said they did the best that they could and sorry I felt otherwise. I was deceived on what they could deliver according to their website and they do not stand by their work or what they claim on their website, in my opinion. And about the cracked sink. They told us they would not fix it and that I had to contact the manufacturer and take it up with them. I asked since they cracked it would they pay for the delivery cost and labor for the new sink and they said no, and that I was being unreasonable. Now, they are ignoring us and refuse to fix their mistakes and are stating that I agreed to things I did not....I paid thousands for a brand new countertop and instead got a ruined countertop.***this is my personal experience and opinions.

Granite perfection did an amazing job! After hearing how long big box stores take to install counters, I was so nervous. After talking to a few different places, I decided to go with granite perfection. I picked out my counters on Monday and they were installed by Wednesday! We were in the market for a new exotic granite island to house our new professional induction cook top. My husband wanted a one stop shop with expert advice & installation including the electrician on staff for the cook top.I wanted the wow value with exotic granite and a newly designed top. This company did a great job remodeling my kitchen. This is a very professional company that performs quality work. I recommend this company. The remodeling included install new granite countertops, cabinets repairs, new sink, plumping, & back splash. I will use them for the bathroom.

I hired this company last year to replace my existing kitchen countertop and bathrooms. They were so professional at the beginning for giving me the estimate. On a day that they had to start, they were late for 5-6 hours. They couldn’t finish the work in one day based on their promise. They left a huge mess such as hole in the wall, everywhere, breaking the bathroom mirror, destroy the new paint in the bathroom’s wall. I wish in knew that before I hire them and then spend a lot of money to fix them.

Hamlet and Ramon did a fantastic job taking an old family marble table and cutting it down to fit a new situation. Great job done very timely and for a very fair price. Jackie and I would highly recommend Granite Perfection.

Granite Perfection is just as the name says.....PERFECTION. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, cost and timeliness in completing the job. My kitchen counter tops and sink are beautiful! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I hired Granite Perfection to come out and replace our countertops in the kitchen and guest bathroom. The initial experience was very professional. We were really impressed with Hamlet. He came out to measure the areas and within a week they were ready to start the job. On the day of the job I had two men (Sam and Miguel) show up to complete the work. They were really fast and efficient (they finished everything in one day). Before they finished I decided to go out and take a look at the work so far....I noticed a huge dent in our wall. I didn’t really feel comfortable talking to them about it so I had my husband on FaceTime mention the huge dent and they stated that when they were bringing in the granite they hit out wall. Miguel at first told us to just go to Home Depot and fill in the hole ourselves. However, I felt like it was there fault and that it was not fair for us to fix the problem. When this issue happened I felt like his attitude changed like he was annoyed. This is a SN: One rule of thumb for me in any professional setting is to always speak the language of the customer or client (especially when you know they speak English). It makes the customer or client uncomfortable like you’re saying something you don’t want them to hear. That happened the whole time with Miguel and Sam. So my husband stated he would call Hamlet about it but I guess Miguel called Hamlet and he told him to fill in the hole. Once finished I looked around and found an area where the slab was cut crooked initially and it really stood out. There wasn’t any other area that was cut crooked. When I mentioned it, Miguel put a brown coloring to help with disguising the crooked cut. It just made it worse. They tried to sand the area down but for me it just wasn’t as neat and unnoticeable as I would like. They explained that when cutting the granite there is not a guarantee that the cut will be perfect....but yet every other piece was cut perfect (I thought that was weird). Anyways Hamlet called after the job was done to see what he could do about that area so he sent Miguel and Sam back out to fix the issue. They put a more translucent substance on it to help with making it less noticeable but to me it will always look crooked and noticeable. Needless to say they tried their best to help with the issue. I would possibly hire them again to do our master bathroom but maybe not with Miguel and Sam.

Hamlet and his crew did an A+ installation of new granite in our kitchen. They adapted the backsplash to our unique counter. I highly recommend Granite Perfection to meet your countertop needs.This is the second counter top installation and once again it worked to perfection. Couldn’t be happier. GP and Ramon always are professional and arrive on time. Their work is top notch.

Granite Perfection - This company is experienced, professional, trustworthy, courteous, budget friendly and will not settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction. I decided to replace my counter tops a few weeks before I moved into my new house. I searched for a company on Home Advisor with this timeline. Only Granite Perfection responded. I read their reviews and they were excellent. When I met Hamlet, we looked at granite and quartz counter top as well as new faucet options. He made the entire process very easy and worked with me to find a way to manage the cost within my budget. They installed the quartz and faucets as promised before my move-in date!Unfortunately, the slab that was provided by the manufacturer was not good. They tried cleaning the counter tops with their recommended cleaners to see if it would improve the appearance. Unfortunately, that did not help. Ramon came to my house to look at the quartz to see the condition. I was afraid that they were going to say there was nothing more they could do. I was thrilled that, instead, Ramon told me that they were going to replace them!!!! I went over to the shop and picked out a granite replacement. Within a few weeks, I had beautiful new granite counter tops that changed the entire appearance of my kitchen and baths. Everything looked clean and fresh.If you are looking for a company that you can trust that provides superior service and products, this is the one. They exceeded my expectations. Absolutely the best customer service ever!!! From the first contact until the end of the project Hamlet was ALWAYS responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. All of their workers take pride in their work and complete it to perfection.They installed granite in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The selection of slabs was vast. They also installed stone on my kitchen wall.Granite Perfection did the entire job, removing old countertops, disconnection AND reconnecting all the plumbing, the entire process was easy. There were a few small bumps, but the professional manner in which everything was done was super.
