I called to ask a question the lady who answered the phone didn’t even let me explain my question without screaming over the phone no various times.very rude and unprofessional would never seek out to this place for anything 👎🏻👎🏻

I called them last week to get a technician out to calibrate my store scales. I only have 1 small scale, that i use to weigh ounces. But it had to be done as per Florida Department of Agriculture. I looked at their website and it says that is $90 an hour for on site labor. I spoke to someone who got the details of my scale and we arranged an appointment for this morning. The technician came out and was not even here an hour. When he finished he told me that it was $250. WHAT!!!! That is more than my scale cost. He says they charge drive time. Where from Miami. You are in Longwood, I am in Apopka. How much travel are you charging me. No where on their website does it say travel time. No parts was needed. So what was I charged for. They never told me this pricing, or advised about travel time. This company is a huge joke and con their customers. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I would do yourself a favor and dont use these people.
