These folks are the real deal. Buying from them it’s like buying a car from a real car collector versus just a salesman. I dealt with the owner, Oliver and Jose. My wife and I bought a complete gym set up which they are going to deliver and make functional for us.I give them my very highest recommendation, I found them professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to speak with me and I’ve been weight training since way before the Army and then speak to my wife about questions and comments without any hesitation. They understand which machine does precisely what movement and targets which muscle groups. My wife and I visited their warehouse a few weeks ago. Amazing selection and 100% professional gym equipment. We purchased eight separate pieces and just had them installed yesterday. I ordered a used bench and was guaranteed that it would arrive in working order. The packaging was incredible, but the seat was hanging on by one loose screw that didn’t match any other fastener on the bench. The other bolt was completely out and was another mismatched fastener. The seat was obviously broken and poorly repaired at some point. I was able to put it back together, but it would have been good to have known about this issue prior to making the purchase.Hopefully it holds up for a while before I need to replace the seat.

Terrible experience. I was told multiple times they would receive a restock of weights and gave me the confidence to buy half the set. After months of waiting and told restock would be coming, I was then told it would never come and the incomplete set I had already purchased is non refundable. Even offered to return them for store credit to buy a compete, other set later and declined. Awful experience, long delays in responses, and did not own up to their commitment. Poor moral character on the owner’s part, so if you buy something just be careful.

Bought a used Keiser M3 spin bike with computer and a 90 day parts warranty, during the warranty period I had some bearings that needed to be replaced (I do interval training where I stand up and pump on high resistance, that puts a lot of strain on bearings) and Michael got the parts to me quickly at no charge. Bike is now running smooth and quiet. They painted the bike in a black and red color scheme that looks good. When I went back to LA Fitness their Keiser M3 bikes looked old and rusty in comparison.

Ordering and receiving equipment was effortless. I simply called and let them know what I was looking for and how much room I had. They made me a virtual gym design with all the equipment placed. I would defiantly recommend this company.

I bought a gym set from Buy & Sell Fitness from videos and pictures, having faith and trust in them based off of reviews that I had read. I received a video from them doing a walk through of the equipment I was to receive and then upon receiving the equipment, it was missing pieces that they had just videoed me stating I was going to be receiving. They did a bait and switch on me, they called the piece by a different name and then instead of including what was in the video they replaced it with a less desirable piece of equipment and then after contacting them about it, they said sorry nothing they could do about it. Great customer service.

Do not purchase small or big orders from them. These are facts. The equipment they sell is not refurbished it’s spray painted and NOT functional. They dumped multiple BROKEN machines at my facility and then ran off and refused to honor their warranty and cut communication after they got my money. Ordered a Keiser spin bike reconditioned, its like new, they even sent us a video of it before it was shipped! I was worried about the bike making it to me in one piece because ltl carriers seem to destroy everthing they lay their hands on. They packaged it in a clever way not allowing them to stack anything on top of it. Got to me in perfect condition.

After extensive research on exercise bikes I finally decided with the Life Cycle GX. The issue was the expensive cost for a new one. So, I decided to buy used. Buy and Sell Fitness worked with me on the price w shipping and sent me a cool video of my bike for approval before they shipped it (cool thing to do). I bought a gym equipment from their online site, although I paid in full they never shipped my product for a week. When I contacted about my product they say that it was not actually in stock when purchase was made. It turns out that they were holding my product and now they are sending me an invoice for extra shipping after the purchase is made. I have never seen anything like this in online business. They are taking advantage of increased demand since there is an outbreak.

I purchased a SkiErg from Buy and Sell Fitness and couldnt be happier with the purchase. It was in surprisingly good shape, better than I expected.Oliver was very quick to answer any questions I had and sent additional pictures I requested.He shipped it completely assembled; I was a bit shocked when this huge container arrived. If anything, it was over packed, parts covered in bubble wrap, stretch wrap and zipped tied to a pallet with a wooden box built around it. It was actually a little difficult to disassemble.

As a home-gym, rather than a commercial-gym shopper, I was intimidated by the idea of looking at commercial equipment. I am a property manager in Florida & we chose Buy & Sell Fitness to redo our fitness center @ 2 locations (Orlando & Miami). I couldnt be happier with the final product. I worked directly with Oliver & the service could not have been better. The stand that arrived from the manufacturer for the medicine ball set (in my opinion) was not sturdy enough for a commercial facility & when I mentioned it to them they swapped it out within 48 hours for a brand new one from a different vendor. Since we cant put zero stars we had to put 1. We bought over 20,000 dollars worth of equipment. BUY AND SELL has not yet to come back to to finish the repairs started. They were emailed and called at least 5 to 10 times. We had to go down to the warehouse to get them to reorder a grip pad that spins after the tech came and replaced it. He reordered it right in front of me that was about 6 months ago. He said it was coming from California I guess the turtle that was bringing it got lost or broke down on the way here!Ive been in business most of my life more than 32 years I would not be in business if I treated customers this way. We would of not had a company. As soon as we gave them the rest of the money they were gone or to busy to come and repair the equipment. One of the machines was peeling the paint right off the barbell it was falling right onto a customers working out. Our company is an upscale personal training not a back yard weight training. So if you are thinking of buying from this company I would beware! Also scheduled with them to repair a machine that was under warranty the never showed up. It looks like they take the money and run type of company. We would happy to change this post as soon as they do the repairs we asked under the warranty time. Blasting on the Internet is something that I dont like to do but they dont return phone calls or emails.

I bought treadmill from the guys a few weeks ago and have used it everyday since its been in my home! Process was very easy and treadmill arrived very promptly.

Precor Elliptical Machine purchased, makes noise and not being fixedfor last 6 months...I purchased Precor elliptical from this company after seeing very positive review of them on Google and Ebay...I also paid extra to get the extended warranty from them...Once the machine got installed by them in my basement, there was noise coming when I run on it.... after follow-up for weeks they send the technician to look at it in December 2017.... technician recommended parts to be changed and send his recommendation to the company to order it... I patiently waited for the parts for 4 months... after follow-up with owner, I was send the shipments of parts couple of weeks back.When technician came to repair the units he saw the wrong parts were ordered and even showed me his recommendation of the parts needed to be replaced... technician took the parts back and send the note to the company to send the correct parts...This morning, I got the email from Buy and Sell Fitnesss Lia Miller stating they want to take care of my service call and want me to send the pictures of the parts which their technician has already taken back...Bottom line, I paid premium price to get the premium product from this company and 6 months from my purchase date.... my equipment is still not fixed and when I tried calling them today they didnt pick up the phone.
